先让打印机连接到网络
使用打印机面板上的网络设置，或按制造商针对该型号提供的说明，将打印机连接到 Wi-Fi 或有线网络。各型号的菜单和连接方式可能不同，不能假设每台打印机都有相同的设置步骤。无线打印时，打印机和 Windows 电脑应连接到同一无线网络；微软也特别提醒这一点。

在 Windows 中搜索并添加
- 打开设置 > 蓝牙和设备 > 打印机和扫描仪。
- 选择添加设备，等待 Windows 搜索可用打印机。发现设备列表可能需要几分钟才会显示完整。
- 找到目标打印机后，选择它旁边的添加设备，并按屏幕提示完成安装。
- 若列表里没有打印机，选择手动添加新设备，再按“添加打印机”流程操作。
安装后检查驱动程序
Windows 通常能够直接支持许多打印机，不一定需要另装驱动程序。如果打印功能异常或系统提示驱动问题，可先通过 Windows Update 检查更新；需要型号专用驱动时，应从打印机制造商的官方支持网站获取。微软的打印机驱动下载与安装说明也建议从这些渠道处理驱动。

如何添加由另一台 Windows 电脑共享的打印机？
这种方式与打印机自行接入 Wi-Fi 或以太网不同：打印机先安装并在主机电脑上正常工作，再由主机共享给其他 Windows 设备。主机和客户端应位于同一个可信的专用网络中。
在连接打印机的主机电脑上启用共享
- 打开设置 > 蓝牙和设备 > 打印机和扫描仪，选择已安装的打印机并打开其打印机属性。
- 在打印机属性中启用打印机共享，并记下共享名称。不同 Windows 版本的属性页面布局可能略有差别。
- 如果共享所需设置尚未开启，可在专用网络配置中启用网络发现以及文件和打印机共享。只有在网络可信时才将其设为“专用”。
在要使用打印机的客户端电脑上添加
- 打开设置 > 蓝牙和设备 > 打印机和扫描仪，选择添加设备。
- 若搜索结果没有显示共享打印机，选择手动添加选项，并选择按名称选择共享打印机的方式。
- 输入共享路径，例如
\computer_nameprinter_name或\ip_addressprinter_name；将示例中的电脑名或 IP 地址及打印机共享名替换为实际值。 - 若系统要求验证身份，输入主机电脑的凭据。如果用电脑名称无法连接，可尝试用 IP 地址，或反过来尝试。

打印机找不到或共享连接失败怎么办？
直接连接的打印机没有出现在列表中
- 确认打印机已开机，并已连接到网络；无线打印时，检查它和 Windows 电脑是否在同一无线网络。
- 给 Windows 一些时间完成设备发现，再检查列表。
- 仍找不到时，使用手动添加新设备，按添加打印机向导继续。

共享打印机无法访问
- 确认主机电脑已开机并可从客户端访问，且打印机已在主机上安装并正常工作。

- 核对共享名称和路径；如果使用电脑名称失败，尝试用 IP 地址连接，或反向尝试。

驱动安装失败，或电脑使用 Windows on ARM
