Texto com contorno melhora a leitura
O Google documenta uma opção de texto com contorno para aumentar a legibilidade do At a Glance sobre papéis de parede claros, escuros ou visualmente complexos. No Android 15, a opção aparece como high contrast text; no Android 16, a nomenclatura passou a ser outline text. O nome exibido pode variar conforme o idioma e a versão instalada.
Essa é uma melhoria de apresentação e acessibilidade. A documentação não descreve uma reconstrução completa da arquitetura do widget, com novos formatos para todos os cartões ou uma disposição universalmente diferente.

- Abra Configurações do At a Glance.
- Deixe Usar At a Glance ativado.
- Entre em Personalizar e habilite ou desabilite as categorias desejadas.
Dependendo do aparelho e da conta, as categorias podem incluir clima, calendário, deslocamento, esportes, informações contextuais e dados relacionados a notificações ou atividades. Para conferir o novo tratamento visual, procure uma opção de contraste, acessibilidade ou texto com contorno e teste-a com papéis de parede claros e escuros. A nomenclatura pode mudar entre versões.
Ativando os novos cartões
- Abra Configurações do At a Glance e toque em Personalizar.
- Ative transporte, esportes ou finanças, se essas categorias forem oferecidas.
- Conceda as permissões solicitadas.
- Confirme que o Google Maps, o Google Finance ou o acompanhamento do time no Google estão configurados.
A ausência de uma categoria não indica necessariamente falha: a função pode não estar liberada para seu modelo, idioma, região ou conta.

Como ocultar o At a Glance da tela inicial
- Toque e segure a área do At a Glance.
- Toque em Configurações.
- Selecione Mostrar na tela inicial.
- Desative essa opção.
Esse controle remove o At a Glance da tela inicial, mas permite que ele continue aparecendo na tela de bloqueio, conforme a configuração do aparelho. Ele é diferente de Usar At a Glance, que controla o funcionamento geral e a busca de informações.
No layout integrado do Pixel Launcher, a área também não pode ser movida livremente para outra posição. A ajuda geral do Pixel mantém essa limitação em personalização da tela inicial. Em launchers que aceitam widgets convencionais, a versão independente pode ser posicionada como qualquer outro widget.

O que fazer se a novidade não aparecer
- Instale a atualização mais recente do Android disponível para o modelo.
- Atualize o Google app e os demais aplicativos Pixel pela Play Store.
- Revise idioma, país, conta Google e permissões de localização ou notificações.
- Confira se o modelo atende aos requisitos do cartão desejado.
- Reabra as configurações do At a Glance e verifique se a categoria está habilitada.
- Aguarde caso a distribuição esteja sendo feita gradualmente.
As funções podem depender de ativação no servidor, portanto uma atualização instalada não garante que todos os usuários recebam o mesmo cartão no mesmo dia.
Quando o clima desaparece
Há relatos na comunidade Pixel de clima ausente ou desatualizado após mudanças no Google app ou atualizações do sistema. Eles não comprovam um defeito universal, mas vale tentar:
- confirmar que o clima está habilitado no At a Glance;
- atualizar o Google app;
- verificar localização e conectividade;
- limpar o cache do Google app;
- reiniciar o aparelho.

Privacidade e controle da tela de bloqueio
O At a Glance pode mostrar dados derivados de eventos, notificações, deslocamentos e outras atividades. Isso é útil, mas pode expor informações pessoais quando o telefone está bloqueado. Revise os controles de conteúdo sensível, resultados personalizados e categorias exibidas nas configurações do recurso. O Google observa que determinados conteúdos potencialmente sensíveis ainda podem aparecer dependendo dessas configurações e do contexto.
Vale a pena usar?
Para quem usa Pixel e quer consultar rapidamente clima, agenda, transporte ou resultados sem abrir aplicativos, a atualização torna o recurso mais legível e mais informativo. Em contrapartida, a disponibilidade é desigual, há dependência de serviços Google e o Pixel Launcher continua oferecendo pouco controle de posicionamento. Usuários que preferem uma tela inicial limpa podem simplesmente desativar Mostrar na tela inicial e manter o recurso na tela de bloqueio.
