What the missing reward actually is

Most missing-blueprint cases can be sorted by checking the promotion’s conditions in order. The announcement confirms digital preorders, the account relationship and the dates below. It does not establish physical editions as qualifying.

Why the blueprint may not be visible yet
Phased distribution is still in progress
The delivery schedule is the most important timing detail. Activision says distribution starts October 30 and is phased, with completion scheduled by November 30, 2026. A qualifying player checking before the end of November may simply be waiting for the assigned delivery batch. The promotion does not promise instant mailbox delivery after a preorder or launch-day login.
The accounts are not actually the same
The promotion contains a strict account condition. In the announcement’s words: “Please note that to receive the ‘Shattered Relay’ Weapon Blueprint in Call of Duty: Mobile, the Activision account used to log into Call of Duty must be the same account linked to your Call of Duty: Mobile app.” A different account, an unlinked guest profile or an account that was linked after using another login can prevent the entitlement from being associated with the profile you are checking.
Playing both games on one console, PC or phone does not by itself prove that the account identities match. Compare the Activision login used in Modern Warfare 4 with the Call of Duty account shown in the mobile app. The relevant relationship is the account link, not the hardware, platform store or email address you happened to use for a purchase.

The purchase does not match the confirmed edition or date
The confirmed eligibility language covers any digital edition, specifically including Standard Edition and Vault Edition. It does not say that a physical edition qualifies. The preorder also had to be made by the stated October 23 deadline. If your order record does not show a qualifying digital preorder by that date, the missing blueprint is not an account-delivery problem that the published instructions resolve.
Do not infer eligibility from a retailer’s marketing language alone. Check the actual edition name and whether the order was digital. The promotion does not list a separate price threshold, add-on purchase or merchandise bundle; buying more expensive accessories cannot compensate for an edition or date that falls outside the stated terms.
The required Modern Warfare 4 login was skipped
The stated sequence requires logging into Modern Warfare 4 on launch day, October 23. If you preordered but did not complete that launch-day login, do it as soon as possible and retain your order details. The announcement does not promise that a different game or a store account login substitutes for this step.
How to verify and link the Call of Duty account in Call of Duty: Mobile
The current promotion points players to Activision’s account-linking guidance. That guide was published in January 2020, so labels and screen placement may have changed. Use the current in-app prompts if they differ, while keeping the promotion’s same-account rule as the controlling requirement.

For an existing Call of Duty: Mobile player
- Open Call of Duty: Mobile and enter Settings.
- Open the control for your linked social account.
- Choose Call of Duty.
- Sign in with the Activision/Call of Duty account that you will use to log into Modern Warfare 4.
- Wait for the confirmation. The linking guide describes a Login successful message when the link completes.
Do not switch to a different Activision login when you later start Modern Warfare 4. The entitlement check depends on the account identity, not merely on playing both games on the same device.
For a guest Call of Duty: Mobile account
- Open Settings in Call of Duty: Mobile.
- Choose Call of Duty from the available account options.
- Sign in to the Activision/Call of Duty account that will be used for Modern Warfare 4.
- Confirm that the app reports a successful login before leaving Settings.
The 2020 linking guide also instructs players to log into Call of Duty: Mobile with the Call of Duty account and collect rewards from the in-game mailbox. For this 2026 promotion, use the announcement’s current delivery dates and same-account condition rather than assuming that an older reward timetable applies.
Follow the official redemption sequence
Once the account relationship and purchase qualify, follow the sequence in this order. It prevents a common mistake: checking the mailbox before the promotion has registered the required launch-day login or before the phased delivery has reached your account.
- Confirm the order. Verify that the purchase was a digital Standard Edition, Vault Edition or another digital edition of Modern Warfare 4, and that the preorder was completed by October 23, 2026.
- Confirm the account link. In Call of Duty: Mobile, make sure the linked Call of Duty account is the one you will use in Modern Warfare 4.
- Log into Modern Warfare 4 on launch day. The promotion identifies October 23, 2026 as launch day and includes that login in the activation sequence.
- Open the Call of Duty: Mobile mailbox. Look for the reward message after the promotion begins distribution. Open it and use the mailbox’s redeem or collect control when the item appears.
- Allow for the full delivery window. Continue checking through November 30, 2026 because delivery is phased rather than simultaneous for every eligible player.
- Escalate only after the window. If all conditions are satisfied and the blueprint is still absent after November 30, submit a case to Activision Support before December 31, 2026.
Use this troubleshooting decision path

Check the mailbox periodically after confirming the account and order details, but do not treat the absence as final. The published schedule allows delivery at any point from October 30 through the November 30 completion date.
It is after November 30, and the account or purchase is uncertain
Resolve the eligibility questions first. Locate the preorder receipt or order history, identify whether the edition was digital, and verify the Activision account used for the Modern Warfare 4 login. In Call of Duty: Mobile, inspect the linked account and sign in with the same credentials. This separates an ineligible purchase or account mismatch from a delivery failure.
It is after November 30, and every condition is confirmed
Contact Activision Support. The support portal includes Call of Duty: Mobile among its game options and provides a support-case submission route. Include the information needed to identify the entitlement, such as the Activision account, the Modern Warfare 4 edition and preorder record, and the fact that you completed the launch-day login. Submit the claim no later than December 31, 2026.
The mailbox message is present but the item is not collected
Open the message in Call of Duty: Mobile and use its redeem or collect action. A mailbox notice is the delivery point described by the promotion; do not look for a separate physical shipment or a retailer-issued accessory.

- Do not assume reinstalling Call of Duty: Mobile will grant the blueprint. The official instructions point to account linking, the Modern Warfare 4 login, mailbox delivery and support—not reinstallation.
- Do not clear app data or cache as a substitute for account verification. Those actions are not given as fixes for this promotion and can create additional sign-in complications.
- Do not create multiple accounts while waiting. A new login can make it harder to identify the account connected to the preorder and the mobile profile.

Use the official Activision Support portal and select Call of Duty: Mobile. The portal offers a support-case submission path. A clear case should state that you are claiming the Modern Warfare 4 preorder “Shattered Relay” blueprint and should identify the account and purchase conditions without exposing your password or security codes.

Is this a general Call of Duty: Mobile preorder reward?
No. The reward is tied to a preorder of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and the associated launch-day login. It is not described as a reward for purchasing Call of Duty: Mobile items or for owning unrelated Call of Duty content.
Can I claim it from a different Call of Duty: Mobile account?
