Try opening the official Roblox listing first. If Roblox reports that there are no running experiences, the Shop and Codes controls may be unreachable regardless of the string you are using. 3. Re-enter the string without changing it
Codes are short, which makes small transcription changes easy to miss. Compare the text character by character with the original publication. Check for:
- Hyphens or other punctuation that may have been omitted.

When the Codes field is missing
A missing field is different from a rejected code. First verify that you are in a live session and have opened the Shop. If the game loads but no Codes control appears, one unofficial July 13, 2026 guide says players must join the official Pixellar Studios Roblox group and complete two rebirths.
