It also does not identify a current save-related bug or publish a reroll-specific fix.

Check for an update, then restart
Look for an available update for the game through the store or launcher you use, install it if appropriate, then restart the device and reopen the game. Updating and restarting are general troubleshooting checks, not a StarBoom-confirmed fix for reroll saving. The Google Play listing reported an update on September 2, 2026; store details can change, so check the current listing for your platform.

Protect the reroll before trying anything destructive
Do not clear app storage, uninstall the game, or switch accounts while the reroll is on a guest or otherwise unconfirmed save. EA’s general mobile-game troubleshooting guidance warns that unlinked guest progress may be device-only and can be lost if the app is reinstalled without a linked backup. EA is not the publisher of Legend of Kingdoms, so this is a precaution, not a statement about the game’s particular save system.

Contact StarBoom at [email protected], the support address shown on the official Google Play listing. Ask support to confirm how guest saves, account binding, servers, and reroll resets work for your platform and current game version. Include:

- When you last saw the reroll progress saved, and what happens after you close and reopen the game.
- Your server and account identifier only when sending it directly through the official support channel, if support requests it.
Do not post account identifiers publicly. The store listing and the secondary Pocket Gamer guide do not establish a game-specific cause or fix for disappearing rerolls; the latter labels its coverage version 1.0.17 but does not document this save symptom.
