Check those in order; the title alone does not identify a particular browser, device, or screenshot tool, so it cannot establish which cause applies.
1. Confirm that you selected full-page capture
A regular screenshot captures only the part of the page visible in the browser window. Full-page capture is a distinct command, so first check that the selected action explicitly requests the whole page rather than the visible area.

In Firefox, the screenshot feature offers separate “Save full page” and “Save visible” choices. Firefox DevTools also documents the full-page command :screenshot --fullpage. See Firefox Screenshots support and Firefox DevTools command-line documentation.
2. Let deferred content load before capturing
Pages may postpone loading images until they approach the viewport. MDN explains that lazy-loaded images might not have loaded when the window’s load event fires. As a result, a capture taken immediately after opening a long page can omit images or content that appears only after scrolling.

- Scroll down through the page in sections, pausing where images or other content need time to appear.
- Wait for visible placeholders to be replaced and for the page to settle.
- Return to the top and take a new full-page capture.

3. Look for a separate scrollable panel
Sometimes the missing content is not part of the main document’s scrolling area. A feed, embedded application, table, or other component may scroll inside a panel. Scrolling the page itself then leaves that panel’s unseen content hidden, and a page-level screenshot may not include it as a longer document.

- Look for a scrollbar inside the area where content is missing.
- Place the pointer over that area and try scrolling there.
- If the content appears only as the panel scrolls, capture the panel separately if your tool supports element capture, or use its own export option when available.
Chrome DevTools describes how content can scroll within an element; see Chrome DevTools documentation on inspecting elements. Whether a particular screenshot tool can capture an inner scroller depends on that tool and page.
4. Compare with another full-page workflow
If you have confirmed the full-page setting and allowed content to load, try Firefox’s built-in full-page screenshot option or its DevTools command. If that capture includes the missing area, the original tool or capture mode may be the difference. Browser capture tools do not necessarily behave identically on every site, particularly when content loads dynamically or lives in a separate scroll container.

5. Inspect the page if the simple checks fail
When the cause is still unclear, browser developer tools can help distinguish content that does not exist yet from content that is present but hidden or independently scrollable. Firefox DevTools includes a Page Inspector for layout, a Network Monitor for requests, and a JavaScript Debugger. Check whether the missing section is in the document, whether requests for it are still pending or failing, and whether scrolling belongs to an inner component. See Firefox DevTools documentation.
