If Dice Dreams rolls you expected have not appeared, first identify where they were supposed to come from. Event rewards, invite rewards, and team roll requests have different conditions, and the official sources do not describe one universal delay or fix. Check the relevant requirements, then contact Dice Dreams support if they are satisfied and the reward is still missing.
First, identify the missing rolls’ source
Think about what prompted you to expect the rolls: a limited-time event or progress reward, inviting a friend, a team request, or another offer such as a social gift. The source matters because eligibility rules differ. A player discussion or a link someone shared may help explain what you expected, but it does not confirm that a reward is available to your account.

Check whether an event reward is available and earned
Dice Dreams features can unlock progressively, and event availability and visuals may vary by player and event. The Help Center’s Progress Bar (Missions) guidance describes Reward Rush as a limited-time mini-event. Look in the game to confirm the relevant event is currently active for you and that you completed its objective; seeing a reward mentioned elsewhere does not establish that it is active on your account.

Verify the invite reward requirements
According to Dice Dreams’ Friends help article, the invited player must never have downloaded or played Dice Dreams, link Facebook, and complete at least one Kingdom. A friend who has played before may not qualify as a new player even if they reinstall.
If all three conditions were met and the reward did not arrive, the article directs players to contact Customer Experience. Include the relevant invite details and, for a friend-related case, the Player IDs if support needs them.

Use your team’s roll requests
If you belong to a team, its Message Board lets members periodically request rolls, which teammates can send. This provides another in-game way to get rolls, but the Teams article does not present it as a way to restore a separate event, invite, or offer reward. A team can accommodate up to 50 members, according to that help article.

- Open the in-game support route: go to Menu > Settings > Contact Us.
- Describe what you expected: name the source of the rolls, the approximate time, and the event or invite details that apply. Explain which stated requirements you checked.
- Provide account details as requested: include your Player ID if support requests it. Dice Dreams specifically mentions Player IDs for friend-related support cases; the available guidance does not say one is mandatory for every missing-roll ticket.
The official Google Play listing also gives the in-game ticket route and [email protected]. The US Apple App Store listing lists [email protected]. Since the listed email addresses differ by platform, use the in-game contact option or the address shown on the listing for your platform.

The official materials do not establish a fixed delivery window, a single refresh procedure, or a device-level fix for missing rolls. They also do not identify why a particular account is missing a reward; support is the route for an account-specific case.

Do not use third-party roll generators or account sellers, or give anyone your login or payment details to obtain rolls. Dice Dreams warns that offers and transactions outside the game are unauthorized and says its team will not ask for sensitive information. See its security guidance.
