Ufone’s announced Myco Premier League promotion was set to run only through May 2026, and the reviewed official sources do not confirm an extension. No reviewed official Telenor source confirms a Myco-specific discount. A new Myco EPL subscription for the 2026–27 season is available directly from Myco, but it does not reinstate the old Ufone promotion.
Why the discount may not be showing
The Ufone promotion’s stated term has passed
On December 8, 2025, Ufone announced Myco English Premier League streaming at PKR 100 weekly or PKR 300 monthly, plus 15 free EPL streaming days with a promo code. It said the partnership would run through May 2026. That period has passed, and the announcement does not establish a renewal or the exact expiry mechanics for codes issued earlier. Check for a newer official offer before expecting these terms to appear. Ufone’s announcement

A Telenor-Myco offer is not confirmed
Telenor’s official offers FAQ gives general guidance for offer and billing complaints, but does not confirm a Myco discount. A Telenor SIM or bundle should not be treated as a workaround for the expired Ufone promotion. Telenor’s Offers FAQ

The current Myco EPL plans are separate
Myco lists EPL subscriptions for the August 2026–May 2027 season. These are direct Myco plans, not evidence that Ufone’s previous carrier deal continued. Its listed options are a season pass at PKR 555 per month, a three-month plan at PKR 750 per month, and a one-month plan at PKR 999 per month; the page also gives plan-specific device limits. Prices and terms can change, so check the live page before checkout. Myco Premier League subscription plans

What to check, in order
- Verify the offer dates. Read the terms in the announcement or app and look for a current official confirmation. Ufone’s published partnership term ended in May 2026; the source does not say whether previously issued codes had a later expiry.
- Use the carrier’s stated route. Ufone directed customers to a dedicated Myco banner in the UPTCL app. For general Ufone app offers, the UPTCL App FAQ says to open UShop, choose Offers/Bundles, then select “View Details.” That general help page does not confirm Myco-specific eligibility.
- Check the account and code. Confirm you are signed into the Myco account and carrier number associated with the offer, if its terms specify one. Ufone’s announcement mentions a promo code for the 15 free days but does not publish the code text, the checkout screen that accepts it, or account-level eligibility rules. Don’t guess at a code or assume every subscriber qualifies.
- Separate app issues from carrier billing issues. If an offer appears valid but the code or Myco app is the problem, contact Myco at [email protected]. Include your Myco account identifier, device model, offer description, and a screenshot; include a receipt only if relevant. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
- Contact the carrier for carrier-side activation or billing. Telenor directs customers whose balance was deducted but whose offer did not activate to complain through the My Telenor app; it also lists 345 or UAN 042111345100. This is general support guidance, not confirmation of a Telenor-Myco offer. Ufone customers should use the UPTCL app’s support/contact options or Ufone’s current support site.
Compare the real checkout options before paying
Compare the offer shown to you with Myco’s live EPL page rather than relying on an old promotion announcement. Check the account or number required, total price and billing period, included content, device limit, validity and renewal or cancellation terms, and the redemption route. Myco’s Premium Pass is an entertainment subscription that explicitly excludes EPL, so it is not an EPL substitute. Myco Premium Pass details
