One free scan finds every outdated or missing driver and matches the right update for your exact hardware.Free scan · exact hardware matchIf a Fortnite skin you bought is missing, first check that Fortnite is signed in to the Epic account that received the purchase receipt. Then check the Locker’s filters and Archived view, look for a refund or payment-reversal notice, and verify the transaction with the storefront that processed it. The right next step depends on whether the cosmetic is hidden, belongs to another account, or was removed after a reversal.
1. Confirm the Epic account used for the purchase
Compare the account currently signed in to Fortnite with the email address that received the purchase receipt. If you use more than one Epic account, the skin may be on a different one. Epic says items stay on the account where they were purchased, earned, or claimed; they cannot be manually transferred between Epic accounts. See Epic’s missing-item guidance and its account-transfer policy.

2. Check whether the skin is hidden in your Locker
Open the Locker and select the item category the skin belongs to. Clear any active filters or sorting that could exclude it, then check the Archived view. An archived cosmetic is hidden from the ordinary Locker list; that alone does not mean the item was removed from your account. Epic’s missing-item steps cover checking Locker visibility.

3. Check for a refund or payment reversal
Look for an Epic notice about the item or transaction. Epic says purchased items may be removed after a refund or payment reversal, including a chargeback; reversals involving a gift sender can also affect an item. For items removed this way, Epic states that Player Support cannot restore them. This restriction applies to removal after a refund or reversal, not every case where a cosmetic is missing. See Epic’s explanation of removed items.

4. Check the purchase record with the storefront that handled it
Use the record for the channel through which you bought the skin. A console purchase may not appear in Epic Games Store transaction history, so check the relevant console storefront instead. Epic’s Fortnite purchase-history instructions also say the cosmetic history available through Return or Cancel Purchase covers only the last 30 days.

If you bought the content through a console storefront and it has not appeared, Epic advises confirming the correct Epic account and the device’s date and time, then allowing up to two hours for the purchase to show. If it is still missing, contact the platform’s support team. Follow Epic’s console purchase troubleshooting guidance.
