Who sells the Jackpota app?
Apple’s U.S. App Store listing for “Jackpota: Big Jackpots & Slots” names Silver Social Operations Limited as the app’s seller. This independently corroborates the seller identity for the app, but does not disclose the company’s shareholders or parent.
Why do Jackpota pages show different addresses?
The company name and registration number are consistent across the reviewed pages, but the listed address is not. Jackpota’s live homepage gives Second Floor, 18–20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LE. The terms and indexed About-page text give Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP. These should be treated as addresses attributed to their respective pages, not silently combined into one definitive address.

The letter demanded that Jackpota block Illinois residents or stop offering cash, gift cards, and other prizes. This is the regulator’s position for Illinois in that dated letter; it does not establish Jackpota’s licensing or legal status in every jurisdiction.
