Which phone does “G4” mean?
LG used the G4 name for a family of devices, so the exact product name matters. The flagship LG G4 is distinct from the separately named LG G4 Stylus and LG G4c, which LG announced as other members of the broader family. The G4 Stylus has a 5.7-inch screen and the G4c a 5-inch screen, according to LG’s 2015 family announcement.

Battery replacement
The H815 has a removable battery. In its 2015 teardown, iFixit noted that the rear panel and battery can be removed without tools and gave the phone a repairability score of 8 out of 10. If looking for a replacement, check the exact phone model and the seller’s compatibility information; current stock, authenticity, and quality of aftermarket batteries are not established here.
MicroSD expansion
LG lists a microSD slot for the H815, making a compatible card a possible storage option. Confirm card compatibility for the exact model before buying; the cited H815 page does not state a maximum supported capacity.

What did LG say about the phone at launch?
LG’s 2015 launch announcement said the G4 was planned to reach approximately 180 carriers worldwide over time. That was a historical rollout plan, not a statement about present-day carrier service or availability. At launch, Juno Cho, then president and CEO of LG Electronics’ Mobile Communications Company, said: “We wanted to give consumers a truly human-centric device that combined the analog sensibilities with technologies that delivered real world performance.”
