Choose the iPhone 16 if you want a compact iOS phone and Apple’s camera and platform features. Choose the OnePlus Nord 6 if a larger, high-refresh display, a larger stated battery capacity and Android are higher priorities. This India-market comparison is dated 11 October 2026. Prices shown by comparison sites differ substantially, so check the exact storage and RAM variant and current checkout terms before deciding on value.

Which phone has the bigger display?
The Nord 6 has the larger display: 6.78 inches versus 6.1 inches on the iPhone 16, according to the cited comparison figures. It also lists a 165 Hz refresh rate, compared with 60 Hz for the iPhone 16. That makes the Nord 6 the more relevant option if you prefer a broad screen for video, games or scrolling. The iPhone 16’s smaller display suits buyers who value a more compact handset.

#1 Best Overall
- 6.1" Screen size
- iOS Operating System
- 128 GB Flash Memory
How do the cameras compare?
Apple lists a 48MP Fusion main camera with sensor-shift optical image stabilisation and a 12MP ultra-wide camera on the iPhone 16. 91mobiles lists a 50MP main and 8MP ultra-wide camera for the Nord 6. These specifications describe hardware, not comparative photo quality. The available evidence does not establish a matched review test, so it cannot support a reliable camera winner.
Battery capacity, endurance and charging
The Nord 6 is listed with a 9,000 mAh battery and 80W wired charging by 91mobiles. Apple does not state an iPhone 16 battery capacity in the cited specification; it rates video playback at up to 22 hours. These numbers are not directly comparable: capacity and manufacturer playback figures do not show how long both phones last under the same conditions.
Rank #2
- Titanium frame combines strength and lightness, giving the iPhone 16 Pro a premium feel while reducing weight for prolonged daily use. The polished edges and textured back enhance grip and handling, making it easier to use during long calls, gaming sessions, or when capturing photos and videos on the move.
OnePlus cautions that Nord 6 battery life varies with factors including network conditions, apps, usage habits, device age and settings. Apple says the iPhone 16 can reach up to 50% charge in 30 minutes with a 20W-or-higher adapter and USB-C cable, or with a 30W-or-higher adapter paired with a MagSafe Charger. The required adapter and MagSafe Charger are sold separately. Apple lists MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging up to 25W. See Apple’s specifications and OnePlus’s product page for their respective details and qualifications.

Price snapshots conflict, especially for the iPhone 16. 91mobiles listed Amazon prices when accessed on 7 October 2026; Smartprix’s page says its information was last updated on 17 September 2026. The cited price reports do not identify a like-for-like storage and RAM variant for these figures, so they should not be treated as confirmed prices for a particular SKU or as a definitive price gap.

Which phone should you buy?
Choose the iPhone 16 if
- You prefer iOS or already rely on Apple apps, services and accessories.
- You want a smaller, lighter phone: Apple lists it at 170 g and 147.6 × 71.6 × 7.80 mm.
- You value Apple’s listed camera hardware, MagSafe and Qi2 support, or its stated video-playback rating.
Choose the OnePlus Nord 6 if
- You prefer Android and the OxygenOS environment.
- You want the larger display and higher refresh rate listed for the Nord 6 by 91mobiles.
- You prioritise a larger stated battery capacity and faster wired charging, while recognising that those specifications do not establish matched real-world endurance.
Neither phone is a universal winner on the available specifications. Let your platform preference and preferred phone size lead the decision, then compare the current price of the exact variant you plan to buy.

What the ratings do—and do not—promise
Apple’s IP68 statement specifies a test limit: up to 6 metres for up to 30 minutes under IEC 60529. It is not a guarantee that a phone cannot be damaged by water or dust, nor does a rating by itself establish warranty coverage. For the Nord 6, rely on OnePlus’s own product-page wording and limitations rather than treating a secondary-site rating as a warranty promise. Neither rating should be read as damage-proofing.
