As of October 4, 2026, Netflix is a reported temporary option for watching seasons 1 and 2 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The three-month license does not include season 3, which Disney says premieres on Disney+ on November 20, 2026. The available information describes an additional Netflix window, not a confirmed permanent move away from Disney+.

Has Percy Jackson permanently left Disney+?
The available reporting does not establish that the series has permanently left Disney+. Reuters describes Disney licensing seasons 1 and 2 to Netflix for a limited period, while Disney’s season 3 announcement identifies Disney+ as the premiere platform. This is best understood as a temporary cross-platform option, not a verified permanent departure. The sources do not confirm whether seasons 1 and 2 remain available on Disney+ in every country during the Netflix window.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians is based on Rick Riordan’s book series. Readers who want the story in its original form can start with The Lightning Thief, the first book. Disney’s announcement describes the television series as an adaptation of Riordan’s books: Disney Plus Press. The book is related reading, not a way to stream the show.
