MeriStation attributes the praise to a post dated August 23, 2022, in which Pérez-Reverte said he had watched two seasons on HBO and especially enjoyed the second. He praised the writers’ irreverence and what he called their “intelligent and ironic impertinence.” His post refers to the service as HBO; it does not confirm where the series is available now.

In English, this can be paraphrased as: he had just watched the two seasons on HBO, especially enjoyed the second, and loved the writers’ irreverent, intelligent, ironic cheek.
