At Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), use the ramp for a brief pickup or drop-off and the car park if you need to leave your vehicle longer. The airport also lists valet parking and a Park N Fly availability checker for zones E9 and E10. The posted charges below are those displayed on RGIA’s official parking page when checked on 4 October 2026; because the page gives no effective date, confirm the live tariff before travelling.
Choose the right Hyderabad Airport parking option
- Picking up or dropping off: Use the ramp, keep the stop within its time limit and arrange for the passenger to be ready. Vehicles remaining on the ramp beyond 15 minutes will be towed, according to the airport’s parking information.
- Leaving a car during a trip: Compare the standard car-park rate with valet. RGIA lists a private four-wheeler at ₹750 for 24 hours and valet at ₹900 for 12–24 hours. Park N Fly is another option to check, but the airport page does not explain its reservation or service terms.
- Parking a two-wheeler: Use the car park, not the ramp. Two-wheelers and auto-rickshaws are not permitted on ramps.
- Paying with FASTag: Dedicated FASTag lanes are available for ramp users, with cashless exit. The airport does not say FASTag is required for general car-park payment.
RGIA parking rates
The following are the charges displayed on RGIA’s official Parking Information page when checked on 4 October 2026. The page does not state when the rates took effect. Check the live page or call the Car Park Office at +91 40 6660 4210 before relying on a rate.

RGIA’s page does not explain whether a stay exactly at a time-band boundary is charged at the earlier or later rate, or how partial additional hours are rounded. Do not assume an exact total for an arbitrary stay based only on these bands.
Ramp pickup and drop-off rules
The ramp is for short stops, not waiting or parking during a longer visit. The published free period is 0–8 minutes; the next listed bands are ₹250 for 8–10 minutes and ₹500 for 10–15 minutes. RGIA says a vehicle on the ramp beyond 15 minutes will be towed. Two-wheelers and auto-rickshaws are not allowed on ramps.

The airport FAQ says: “Vehicles are permitted to pull up kerbside, but ONLY for picking up or dropping off passengers. Vehicles left unattended at the kerb will be towed and fined.” Read the full RGIA passenger FAQ and allow your passenger to meet the vehicle promptly rather than leaving it at the terminal kerb.
Longer stays, valet and Park N Fly
Standard car park
For a private car, RGIA posts ₹750 for 24 hours. The tariff also lists hourly bands and rates for commercial vehicles, two-wheelers and coaches in the table above. The published figures do not establish how a partial extra hour is billed, so check the airport’s current tariff for your planned stay.

Valet parking
Valet has its own time bands, with a listed charge of ₹900 for 12–24 hours and ₹900 for each subsequent 24 hours. It costs more than the posted ₹750 private-car 24-hour standard rate. The airport’s tariff page does not provide further operational details in the information reviewed.

RGIA identifies dedicated Park N Fly zones E9 and E10 and offers an availability check for selected dates and times on its Park N Fly page. The page does not state reservation guarantees, cancellation or advance-payment terms, transfer or shuttle arrangements, or exactly how the price is calculated. Check the availability interface and confirm the terms with the airport before making plans.

FASTag at the airport ramps
RGIA’s parking page says dedicated lanes are available for FASTag users and describes cashless exit. A dated airport passenger advisory says FASTag became active on both arrival and departure ramps on 9 June 2026. This is guidance for ramp lanes; the airport material does not say that FASTag is mandatory for general car-park payment.
If you are meeting someone without parking
The airport FAQ lists two visitor areas with entry charges distinct from vehicle parking: the Visitor Gallery in the International Departure hall costs ₹200 per person, and Airport Village outside arrivals costs ₹125 per person. Check the FAQ for current details before visiting.

Accessibility and alternatives to driving
Passenger with reduced mobility
RGIA says it has an exclusive drop-off zone for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and a separate entry lane. Contact the passenger’s airline in advance to arrange assistance, as advised in the airport FAQ.

The airport lists car-rental counters and bus services in its FAQ. Its To and From Airport page also lists radio taxis, app-based cabs, prepaid taxis and airport buses, with boarding information. Availability and fares can change; confirm with the airport or service provider before travel.
