In STARSEED: Asnia Trigger, your account ID is labeled ID Code. Open the game, tap your profile image, and read the code shown beside it. That is the value to provide when someone asks for your account ID.
Do not confuse the ID Code with the separate CS Code. The CS Code is located under Menu (hamburger icon) > Settings > Account and may be requested by Customer Support instead.

Find the ID Code in three steps
- Open STARSEED: Asnia Trigger. Start from the normal game screen after entering the game.
- Tap your profile image. Use the player portrait or profile picture shown in the game interface.
- Read the code beside the profile image. The value displayed there is your ID Code, which is the in-game account ID described in the official “Account Level Milestone Event” notice published October 30, 2024.
If you need to send the number to support, copy it carefully or take a screenshot that includes the label. Check every character before submitting it; an incorrect digit or letter can send support to the wrong account record.

ID Code and CS Code are different
STARSEED uses two separate identifiers. The official event instructions place the ID Code beside your profile image, while the CS Code appears in the account settings area. A request that says “account ID” normally points to the visible ID Code, but a support form may specifically ask for the CS Code.

Do not substitute one code for the other. If a form rejects the value from your profile screen, return to the instructions and check whether it requires the CS Code from Settings > Account.
If the labels or buttons look different
Menu names and account screens can vary with the game version, platform, or region. The documented routes are the profile-image screen for the ID Code and the account settings screen for the CS Code. If your layout does not match exactly, look for the same concepts rather than entering a random number from another screen.
- Return to the main game screen before searching for the profile image.
- Look for a player portrait, avatar, or profile button if the image is not immediately obvious.
- Open the hamburger menu and inspect Settings, then Account, when a support form requests a CS Code.
- Update the game through your platform’s normal app store process if an account page is missing or will not load, then try the documented route again.
- Do not delete the account or clear local data merely to make a missing menu reappear.
The available official instructions establish these paths, but they do not document every interface variation. A support agent can confirm which identifier your particular screen should display.

When you cannot open the account
Finding an ID Code requires access to the in-game profile screen. The ID Code itself does not restore a lost account or bypass a login. If you are stuck at a guest session, a login screen, or a post-migration prompt, follow the account-recovery route instead.
Use the login method previously linked
An official notice updated March 12, 2026, about region integration says players may initially enter a guest account. It directs them to complete Tutorial 1-1, open Menu > Settings > Account, log out, and sign in with the method that was previously linked to the account. If access is still unresolved, the notice directs players to contact Customer Support. Avoid deleting an account until you are certain it is not the account you normally use.
- Enter the game far enough to reach the normal menu, if possible.
- Complete Tutorial 1-1 when the region-integration flow requires it.
- Go to Menu > Settings > Account.
- Choose the account or logout option shown there.
- Sign in with the same provider or platform account you used before the problem began.
- If the expected progress does not appear, stop trying random login methods and contact Customer Support with the details you can verify.
Signing in with a different provider can open a separate account, making the situation look like lost progress. Use the prior linked method first rather than creating another account.

Protect progress by linking and syncing an account
Com2uS’s Customer Support FAQ recommends syncing at least one account. The listed linking options are Hive, Google, Google Play, Apple, and Game Center. Linking creates a recognized sign-in route instead of leaving progress only on a temporary guest session.
Guest data carries a specific risk: the FAQ warns that it may be deleted after the game is reinstalled or after a device is reset. A phone replacement, factory reset, or troubleshooting reinstall can therefore remove access to an unsynced guest account. If you can still open the game, use Menu > Settings > Account to review the available linking or synchronization choices before making major device changes.
Before reinstalling or resetting a device
- Confirm which provider, if any, is linked to the account you actually play.
- Record the ID Code and, if support has requested it, the CS Code.
- Make sure you can sign in to the linked Hive, Google, Google Play, Apple, or Game Center account outside the game.
- Do not assume that a guest account will return after reinstalling.
- Do not unlink or delete an account while trying to switch regions or login methods unless Customer Support has told you to do so.
What to send Customer Support
Use the official Customer Support channel for account inquiries. Send only the information requested in that channel, and distinguish the two codes clearly. If the form asks for an ID Code, provide the value beside your profile image. If it asks for a CS Code, retrieve the value from Menu > Settings > Account.

A concise support request should explain what you can currently access, which login method you used previously, and what changed immediately before the problem. For example, state whether the issue followed a reinstall, device reset, region integration, or a failed sign-in. Include your platform and region when the form requests them, because account behavior can differ by those conditions.
Keep screenshots legible but cautious. Crop unrelated personal information, payment details, email addresses, or authentication prompts. Never send a password, one-time verification code, recovery key, or other secret. An ID Code identifies the game account; it is not a password and should not be treated as proof that someone is authorized to take control of it.
Troubleshooting common situations
The profile image is visible, but no ID Code appears
Return to the main game screen and open the profile image again rather than the account settings page. Allow the profile panel to finish loading, then check the area immediately beside the image. If the value is still absent, restart the game once and look for an available update. Capture the screen you see and describe the missing field to Customer Support; do not infer an ID from your display name, server name, level, or CS Code.
A support form rejects the number
Read the field label exactly. “CS Code” means the value under Menu > Settings > Account, not the number beside the profile image. If the field says “ID Code,” return to the profile panel. Remove accidental spaces when typing, but preserve every letter and number. If a pasted value still fails, attach a legible screenshot through the official support form and explain which screen supplied it.
You are seeing a new or empty account
Stop before deleting anything. Sign out through Menu > Settings > Account, then retry the login provider previously linked to your original progress. A guest session or a different provider can create a separate account. If the original account remains unavailable, Customer Support is the appropriate recovery path.
You cannot remember which provider was linked
Check the accounts you regularly use for Hive, Google, Google Play, Apple, or Game Center, but test them one at a time and note the result. Avoid repeatedly creating new accounts or unlinking existing ones. Give support the approximate date of your last successful access, your device and region, and any ID Code or CS Code you recorded earlier.

The ID Code is useful for identifying your game account, but it does not replace a secure login. Share it only with people or services that genuinely need it, preferably through the official Customer Support channel. Before posting a screenshot publicly, hide your email address, player-support correspondence, purchase receipts, and any sign-in or verification information. Never publish credentials together with an account identifier.
For the narrow question “Where do I find my account ID?”, the reliable in-game route is the profile image: the ID Code is displayed next to it. Use the separate account-settings route only when you specifically need the CS Code or are following an account-recovery instruction.
