Downtown: the toy’s location and route
The Downtown dog is on a rooftop at the far south of the district. The toy is on the neighboring rooftop across the street, southeast when you face the dog. Use Rush, Elevate, and air dodge to reach it. Carry it back to the dog’s bed, place it there, then interact with the dog once more.

There are seven regional dog encounters
The Downtown encounter is one of seven regional toy returns. The same blue or teal dragon toy appears near each dog; Chowrap signs or posters help identify several locations. Retrieve each toy and return it to the dog’s bed. After placing it, interact with the dog again so the quest log records the return.
