To complete Bait, Fetch, Blast in ARC Raiders, finish Tracks Of The Beast, accept the quest from Apollo, and search Pendola Pass. The quest lets you complete one of three Bully-destruction objectives: destroy a Bully, destroy its head, or destroy four of its legs. You must also deliver one Bully Fragmenter to Apollo. Railyard, Cielo Sereno Observatory, and the bus beside Commissary Supermarket are reported search landmarks, but none is a guaranteed spawn point.
What Bait, Fetch, Blast requires
The quest is listed as an Apollo mission on Pendola Pass. Its prerequisite is Tracks Of The Beast, so Bait, Fetch, Blast will not be available until that earlier quest is complete. Community quest databases identify the following objectives and rewards; because no official developer quest sheet was available, treat the database wording as a guide and use your live in-game tracker if it differs.

The destruction choices are alternatives, not three separate chores. You do not need to destroy a complete Bully, its head, and four legs in the same raid unless your own tracker explicitly says otherwise. The independent ARC Scrappy listing shows the same three alternatives and the same delivery item.
Unlocking the mission
- Complete Tracks Of The Beast.
- Return to the quest area or menu where Apollo’s missions are offered.
- Accept Bait, Fetch, Blast.
- Open the active quest tracker and confirm that the destination is Pendola Pass and that the Bully objective is marked as an either/or requirement.
Apollo’s introduction is reproduced on a community quest page as: “Tough nuts to crack, those Bullies. I’ve heard of a few tricks that might just work, care to put them to a test?” That quotation is attributed to the in-game character by the community page, rather than to an official transcript.

Where to search for a Bully in Pendola Pass
The quest record names Pendola Pass but does not provide coordinates. Guides and player reports identify several landmarks worth checking. They describe search areas, not a fixed route, and the reports agree that the Bully’s position can change between raids.
Railyard
Railyard is the most frequently suggested starting point. AllThingsHow calls it a reliable place to begin while also noting that the spawn location changes between raids. Destructoid describes a player sighting near Railyard and likewise characterizes the location as random. Use the area to begin your search, not as a promise that a Bully will appear there every time.
Cielo Sereno Observatory
DamnModz lists the area around Cielo Sereno Observatory as another place to investigate. The guide does not establish a fixed spawn marker, so search the surrounding approaches and structures rather than checking one assumed coordinate.

The same guide points to the bus near Commissary Supermarket. This is a visual landmark that can help you orient yourself during a raid, but it is not a confirmed spawn location. If the bus area is empty, continue through Pendola Pass instead of repeatedly waiting at the same spot.

What the reports do not prove

- No source establishes a guaranteed spawn at Railyard, the observatory, or the bus.
- The reports do not prove that one landmark is objectively better than the others.
- A missing Bully on one raid does not show that the quest is broken; it may simply have spawned elsewhere or not been encountered by that run.
A practical search route
Because the evidence supports landmarks but not a deterministic route, use a flexible sweep that lets you leave quickly if the target is absent.
- Enter Pendola Pass with Bait, Fetch, Blast active and check your tracker before moving away from your insertion area.
- Start at the landmark you can reach with the least exposure. Railyard is the commonly reported first check; Cielo Sereno Observatory and the Commissary Supermarket bus are alternatives.
- Search the approaches, nearby cover, and open spaces around the landmark. Do not inspect only one object or doorway and assume the area is clear.
- If no Bully appears, rotate to another reported landmark rather than waiting indefinitely. The sources describe the encounter location as variable.
- When you find a Bully, decide which destruction alternative is safest for your current equipment and position. The tracker should update when one alternative is satisfied.
- Search the remains for the Bully Fragmenter if it is present, then protect the item and leave the raid.
This route is a search plan, not an official spawn table. Cover, visibility, and the presence of other threats should determine the order in which you visit the landmarks.

Finding and securing the Bully Fragmenter
One Bully Fragmenter must be delivered to Apollo. The quest listings confirm the hand-in item but do not explain an official pickup sequence or extraction rule.
A recent guide’s search-result summary suggests that the Fragmenter may be loot from the Bully and recommends extracting with it. That detail is not confirmed by the accessible quest listing, so treat it as a practical lead rather than a guaranteed procedure. After the encounter, inspect the Bully’s remains and nearby loot. If a Fragmenter appears, place it in a protected inventory slot, avoid unnecessary detours, and extract as soon as your situation allows.
If the Fragmenter does not appear
- Confirm that the Bully encounter actually registered and that you are searching the correct remains.
- Check every loot interaction the game makes available before leaving the area.
- Verify that the quest is active and that you are on Pendola Pass.
- If the item still does not appear, extract and try another raid rather than treating an unverified drop report as a guaranteed rule.
There is no documented evidence that the Fragmenter comes from a fixed container, a specific landmark, or a particular destruction alternative. The safest wording is that the item may be found while looting the Bully encounter, subject to what your current game build and tracker show.

These quantities and reward names come from community-maintained quest databases, not independently verified official patch notes. Troubleshooting common problems
“I cannot see Bait, Fetch, Blast.”
Complete Tracks Of The Beast first, then check Apollo’s available missions again. If the quest still does not appear, compare your prerequisite and map selection with the active quest menu rather than relying on a guide’s wording.
“I searched Railyard and found nothing.”
Railyard is a reported starting landmark, not a guaranteed spawn. Search another part of Pendola Pass, including the Cielo Sereno Observatory and the bus beside Commissary Supermarket, and treat each as a lead.
“The tracker says I need all three destruction tasks.”
The community listings phrase the requirement as “Complete either or.” If your in-game tracker uses different wording, follow the live tracker; the database text may not match your current version or localization.
“I destroyed the Bully but the quest did not advance.”
Reopen the tracker and check whether the head or four-leg alternative registered instead of the general destroy objective. Also confirm that the encounter occurred on Pendola Pass with the mission active. The available sources do not provide a repair step for a tracking bug, so record the exact wording before contacting the game’s support channel.
“I have the Fragmenter but lost it before extraction.”
The sources do not specify a recovery mechanic. You should expect to need another Bully search unless your current game build restores the item through its own recovery system. Avoid assuming that Apollo will accept a screenshot or an unextracted pickup.
