If you mean the giant ARC wreck, head for Fallen Emperor, the named landmark associated with it on Pendola Pass. If you mean ordinary ARC enemies, there is no verified guaranteed spawn point: for the Exploring Pendola Pass quest, any ARC type counts toward its 20-enemy objective.
Find the giant ARC wreck at Fallen Emperor
Fallen Emperor is the map landmark to look for when “the Arc” means the large wreck. Pendola Pass arrived in Embark Studios’ Frozen Trail 2.0 update on October 8, 2026. Map guides identify Fallen Emperor as a named point of interest and associate it with the wreck.

Use the in-game Pendola Pass map to locate the label Fallen Emperor and plan toward that landmark. Available map information also names areas such as Old Town, Piazza della Rupe, Railyard, Railroad Junction, and the Observatory, but it does not establish precise coordinates or reliable directions between them. Don’t treat those labels as evidence that the wreck is at a particular nearby building or road.

The giant wreck and the ARC machines you fight are different things. The available location and quest guidance does not establish a fixed, guaranteed spawn coordinate for regular ARC enemies on Pendola Pass. Fallen Emperor is a wreck landmark, not a confirmed enemy spawn location.
#1 Best Overall
- ARC Raiders Deluxe Edition includes the base game and the following content: The Wanderer Set, including the following cosmetic items: “Valente” Outfit" “Pathfinder” Backpack,“Blanket Roll” Backpack Attachment.
- Plus: Character Cosmetic, Finger Gun Rapid Fire Emote, Cowboy Scrappy Body Type and Skin, 2 400 Raider Tokens.
For the Exploring Pendola Pass quest specifically, a walkthrough by DamnModz says that any ARC type counts toward the objective to defeat 20 ARC enemies. That guidance is about this quest; it should not be taken to mean every ARC-related objective in the game uses the same requirements. If your current in-game objective differs, follow the wording shown in your quest interface.
Keep the quest’s other tasks separate
The walkthrough lists the 20-enemy combat objective separately from tasks involving the Observatory, the Railyard antenna, and the Commissary Supermarket. Finding or visiting one of those quest locations does not, by itself, establish that ordinary ARC enemies will spawn there. Check each objective independently rather than treating the quest as one route to the wreck and all its enemies.

What to expect from loot
Don’t assume Fallen Emperor—or any other named area—always offers the best loot. In its October 8, 2026 update, Embark said that loot values in certain areas can vary from raid to raid to make routes less predictable. The intended variation concerns value; an area’s inherent loot type remains the same. A landmark can help you navigate, but it is not a guarantee of a superior haul on every run.
