Find Neverness to Everness (NTE) codes in the game’s official news hub and, most importantly, in the original event announcement. To check whether a code has expired, read that notice’s end date, cutoff time and timezone: event rewards may become unclaimable when the event ends, and there is no single published lifespan for every code.
Where to find NTE codes
Start with the official news hub
Use the official NTE news hub to find version notes and event announcements. The hub listed Version 1.4 notes dated September 29, 2026, as of October 4, 2026. Open the specific notice associated with a code; the hub is an index, while the original event notice is the reference for its instructions and deadline.

Check the original event announcement
Some event pages provide a code that players enter in game. The official Version 1.4 notes describe this method for claiming a limited avatar frame and warn that event rewards cannot be claimed after the event ends. Follow the directions on the particular event page rather than assuming every code uses the same process.
Use third-party lists as leads, not confirmation
Code-list sites may label entries “active” or “expired,” which can help you discover a code to investigate. Those labels are not proof that a code still works. Find the original official post linked from the list and verify the code and event window there. A list can be out of date or reflect a status that has changed.

How to check whether a code has expired
-
Locate the original notice. If you found a code on a third-party list, follow its source link and look for the official event announcement. Start at the NTE news hub if you cannot find the notice directly.
-
Read the full event cutoff. Check the end date, exact time and timezone in the official notice. Do not convert a date into your local time without accounting for the stated timezone, and do not assume a code remains valid just because a list calls it active. Official notices warn that event rewards may no longer be claimable once the event ends.
-
Redeem it as that event instructs. Instructions vary by event. The Version 1.4 notes provide an example of entering a code from an event page in game; use the instructions attached to the code you have.

Check in-game mail if the reward is delivered there. The official launch FAQ says web-event rewards are sent to the in-game mailbox and can be claimed after the Mail feature unlocks. A reward that is not visible immediately may therefore require checking mail or unlocking that feature.
What to do when a code is rejected
- Check the entry: compare the characters with the official post and try again carefully.
- Check the event and instructions: make sure you are following the correct event’s directions, including any server-specific guidance stated there.
- Check the deadline: compare the event’s published cutoff with the time you tried to redeem or claim the reward.
- Ask official support if the notice does not resolve it: the launch FAQ directs players to the support center linked from the official site and gives an official contact email for unresolved issues.
A rejection alone does not establish that a code has expired. The official materials do not provide a universal error-message guide or one expiration rule for all codes, so use the event notice to diagnose the problem rather than inferring a reason from the failure alone.
Why old code dates are not a guide to current codes
The official Version 1.2 notes, dated July 6, 2026, described a limited event window and told players to redeem rewards before its deadline. That is a historical example, not a current cutoff. Always use the dates and timezone in the announcement for the event you are checking.
As of October 4, 2026, the official sources cited here do not establish a complete current roster of active codes or a lifespan that applies to every NTE code. Code availability is event-specific; a code list’s status label cannot replace checking its original announcement.
