For original disclosures by Indian listed companies, start with the SEBI corporate-filings index to find the relevant NSE or BSE filing page, then open the exchange-hosted document. For analyst research, verify the named analyst or firm in SEBI’s Research Analyst directory and check the report’s date, assumptions and claims against the underlying filings. A filing is a company disclosure; an analyst report is interpretation, not a substitute for that disclosure.
Where can I find company filings for Indian stocks?
NSE and BSE corporate-filing pages are the primary starting points for disclosures by companies listed on those exchanges. SEBI’s Corporate Filings index is a useful guide if you are unsure which filing category to open; it points to exchange pages for both exchanges.

Where can I read an Indian company’s annual report?
NSE provides an annual-report lookup where you can search by company name or symbol. You can also check the company’s own investor-relations page, which may make its annual reports, presentations and investor-call materials easier to navigate. Treat that page as a companion route: when the exact filing record or date matters, compare the document with the exchange disclosure.
How do I verify a filing before relying on it?
- Find the company by name or symbol. Use the relevant exchange page or NSE’s investor dashboard, and confirm you have the right listed company.
- Select the filing category. Use SEBI’s index to navigate to the category you need, such as results, shareholding, governance or related-party transactions.
- Open the exchange-hosted document. Record its filing date and reporting period. Distinguish the submitted document from any summary or commentary about it.
- Cross-check companion material. If you use a company investor-relations page, compare the document and date with the exchange record where that distinction matters.
How do I check if a stock analyst is SEBI registered?
Start at SEBI Investor Support, which links to intermediary registration resources, including the Research Analyst directory. Search for the named analyst or firm and check the identity and registration details shown. When reviewed on 4 October 2026, the register stated that its records were as of 2 October 2026; entries can change, so check the live register rather than relying on a saved copy.

Registration checking helps establish whether the person or firm has a corresponding regulated-intermediary record. It does not establish that a particular report is accurate, suitable for your circumstances, or free of limitations. Read the report’s disclosures and assess its evidence independently.

Where can I find analyst reports for Indian stocks?
The official pages covered here provide filing access and a way to check analyst registration; they do not establish one official repository for all broker or independent analyst reports. Report availability, cost and subscription terms depend on the provider and were not established here. Check a provider directly before assuming a report is free or accessible.
When you obtain a report, identify its author and firm, publication date and forecast horizon. Separate reported company figures from estimates and valuation assumptions, and look for disclosed conflicts or other limitations. For factual claims about the company, compare the report with the relevant exchange filing. An online summary can help you find a document, but it is neither the original disclosure nor necessarily the analyst’s full reasoning.
