Find Zenless Zone Zero promotional codes through the game’s official Special Program announcements, official social channels, and HoYoverse support pages—not unattributed reposts. You can redeem a code in-game or at the official redemption page, but the feature stays locked until you complete the Prologue mission “Business x Strangeness x Justness.”
Codes are time-sensitive. Each official announcement may specify its own deadline, so copy the code exactly and redeem it as soon as it appears. The Version 3.3 Special Program code, for example, expired on October 11, 2026, at 23:59:59 (UTC+8), and should not be treated as active now.

Where legitimate Zenless Zone Zero codes are announced
The safest way to find a promotional code is to start with an official Zenless Zone Zero announcement and follow the channels linked from it. Special Program announcements commonly explain when a livestream will take place and whether a code will be revealed during the broadcast.
Official Special Program announcements
The Version 3.3 “Journey to the Sky” Special Program announcement, published October 5, 2026, said: “We will also be dropping an exclusive redemption code during the livestream, so make sure you tune in on time.” It linked the game’s official YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok channels. That announcement is an example of where a code may be promoted, not a guarantee that every channel publishes every code in an identical way.

Check the official Version 3.3 Special Program announcement for the event notice and its linked channels. For future versions, use the Zenless Zone Zero site’s news area and the official channel links attached to each Special Program notice rather than relying on a copied list.
Official livestream and social channels
Livestream codes can appear during a Special Program and may also be repeated in the associated official posts. Follow the official Zenless Zone Zero accounts you actually use, but verify that a code came from an official account or an official event page before entering it. HoYoverse specifically points players toward official sources such as HoYoLAB, YouTube, and Twitch.
A repost can omit a deadline, alter a character, or combine an expired code with a current one. Treat a code as unverified until an official announcement or official channel confirms both the code and its expiration information.
Why a code list can become wrong quickly
Codes do not necessarily remain available for the life of a version. The official Version 3.3 Intel Report stated: “The Special Program redemption code will expire on October 11 at 23:59:59 (UTC+8).” That deadline had passed by October 16, 2026, so the Version 3.3 example is not an active code to reuse. The important lesson is to read the deadline attached to each announcement instead of assuming that a code found in an older article still works.
There is no universal duration established for every Zenless Zone Zero code. Some may be tied to a livestream or another promotion, and availability can change without matching the publication date of a third-party page. This guide therefore does not publish a supposedly active code list; use the current official announcement for the version or event you are following.

Unlock the redemption feature first
New players cannot redeem immediately. HoYoverse states that “The redemption function is unlocked after completing the Prologue mission ‘Business x Strangeness x Justness.’” Finish that mission in the game before trying either redemption route.
What the unlock condition means
- The mission is a progression requirement, not a separate account purchase or subscription requirement.
- If the Redemption Code option is missing from the menu, check whether the Prologue mission is complete before troubleshooting the code itself.
- The same unlock condition applies when you choose the in-game route or the official website route.
Once the Prologue requirement is met, you can redeem from the game client or sign in at the official web page. No physical gaming accessory, merchandise purchase, or paid service is needed to complete the process.

HoYoverse supports both an in-game menu flow and an official website flow. The practical difference is where you enter the code and how you authenticate your account.

How to redeem in Zenless Zone Zero
In-game redemption steps
- Launch Zenless Zone Zero and enter the game on the account where you want the rewards.
- Confirm that you have completed the Prologue mission “Business x Strangeness x Justness.”
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Select More.
- Choose Redemption Code.
- Enter the promotional code exactly as it appears in the official announcement.
- Confirm the submission and check the resulting message.
Use the labels shown above as the reference flow. HoYoverse’s support instructions do not require a separate platform-specific path, so avoid looking for a different menu name based only on whether you play on a particular device.

Website redemption steps
- Open the official page at https://zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption.
- Sign in with the HoYoverse account associated with the game account that should receive the reward.
- Follow the page’s on-screen instructions.
- Enter the code carefully and submit it before the deadline stated in the official announcement.
Check the account identity before submitting. A successful redemption on a different HoYoverse account will not place the reward on the account you intended to use, and a code that is limited to one redemption cannot normally be moved afterward.

Watch the event notice, not just a repost
When a Special Program is announced, open the official notice and note the livestream date, the official channel links, and any instructions about the code. Keep the notice available while watching so you can verify spelling and the time zone used for the deadline.
Redeem as soon as the official code appears
Do not wait until the end of a version or until you have time to test several copied variants. The Version 3.3 example used a precise UTC+8 cutoff, demonstrating that a code can stop working at a stated second rather than at an informal “end of day” in your local time. Convert the deadline to your local time if necessary, but preserve the original time zone when checking the announcement.
Save the exact characters
Copy and paste from the official source when possible. If you must type the code, compare every character before submitting. Pay particular attention to uppercase and lowercase letters and look-alike characters such as the number 0 and the letter O.

1. Confirm the server region
Check that the server region selected for the game account matches the region expected by the redemption route. HoYoverse lists Asia, Europe, Americas, and TW, HK, MO as the relevant region choices. A region mismatch can make an otherwise valid code fail.
2. Check the expiration date and time zone
Return to the official announcement and read its stated deadline. Do not infer a general lifespan from another promotion. If the deadline has passed—even by the amount specified in the notice—the code may no longer be accepted.
3. Recheck spelling, capitalization, and look-alike characters
Compare the entered text with the official version one character at a time. Check for an extra space, a missing character, incorrect case, or a mistaken 0 for O. Recopying from an unattributed page can preserve an error, so use the original official post.
4. Verify that the account has not redeemed it already
An “already used” result can mean the code was previously redeemed on the same account. Check your in-game mail or reward history where applicable, and consider whether another person with access to the account entered it earlier. Do not assume that trying the code through the website after an in-game attempt creates a second redemption.

5. Make sure the feature is unlocked
If you cannot find the Redemption Code option, finish the Prologue mission “Business x Strangeness x Justness.” The unlock requirement is separate from whether a particular code is still active.
6. Stop using unofficial redemption software
HoYoverse warns players to redeem codes from official channels only, such as HoYoLAB, YouTube, and Twitch, and warns against third-party redemption software. Do not give your login details to a tool that promises automatic redemption or asks you to install an unknown client.
7. Contact support when a confirmed-valid code still fails
If the code is within its official validity period, the region is correct, the characters are accurate, and the account has not used it, contact HoYoverse support. Include the code and a screenshot or video showing the error, as recommended in the support guidance. - Open the current Zenless Zone Zero Special Program or event announcement.
- Confirm that the post is on an official Zenless Zone Zero or HoYoverse property.
- Record the exact code and the stated expiration date, time, and time zone.
- Check that your account has completed the Prologue unlock mission.
- Choose the in-game menu or the official website route.
- Verify the account and server region before submitting.
- Copy the code exactly, including capitalization and numbers.
- Redeem immediately, then check for the reward or confirmation message.
- If it fails, use the troubleshooting sequence above rather than trying random code variants.
