Twitch lists its contact address as 350 Bush Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104. That identifies the company’s official contact address; it does not establish that the office is open to visitors. The headquarters is part of a downtown development that combines a modern office tower with the historic Mining Exchange building, and published accounts differ on the office’s floor count and area.
Where is Twitch headquarters?
Twitch Interactive, Inc. gives 350 Bush Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104 as its contact address in its Terms of Service. This is the clearest official location to use when identifying Twitch’s headquarters. The address does not say that the building has a public entrance, accepts walk-ins, or offers tours.

A 2020 account by Built In San Francisco places the site in the city’s Financial District/East Cut area and describes its former Mining Exchange use and retained historic facade. The project architect, Brereton Architects, describes a concrete-and-glass tower rising from the historic Mining Exchange building. These are project and media descriptions, not a complete preservation history.

Current public access is unconfirmed. Twitch’s published address is contact information, not an invitation to enter. Built In’s 2020 account reports a media tour at that time, but that does not establish a current tour program or general visitor policy.
#1 Best Overall
If you want to meet Twitch communities in person, the company’s events page points to TwitchCon and community meetups. Those are separate public-facing activities; Twitch does not identify them as taking place at its headquarters. Check the page for current event information because dates, venues, and availability can change.
What is inside Twitch HQ?
The design draws on Twitch’s gaming culture. The IIDA Northern California project entry says the design team began with research into early video-game characters, patterns, and spaces. It describes a central communication stair, lounges and beverage-bar areas, gaming and broadcast rooms, themed meeting spaces, and graphics used as wayfinding.
Brereton’s project page also describes a reinterpretation of early video-game imagery and identifies Iwamoto Scott Architecture as design architect. These sources explain the design concept and the spaces included in the project; they do not establish which amenities remain in use today. Built In’s 2020 account describes themed spaces and workplace amenities it observed during its tour, so those details should be understood as reporting from that visit rather than a current inventory.

How many floors is Twitch headquarters?
Published figures do not agree, and the available descriptions do not establish why. Keep the claims tied to their sources rather than treating one number as a definitive current measurement.
| Source | Floor count | Area | What the figure describes |
|---|---|---|---|
| IIDA Northern California project entry | Nine floors | Not stated by IIDA | The headquarters occupies nine floors of 350 Bush; the entry shows no publication date. |
| Brereton Architects project page | Eight floors | 200,000 square feet | The architect’s project description; no publication year is stated on the page. |
| Built In San Francisco, January 9, 2020 | Nine floors | 185,000 square feet | The office as described in the publication’s 2020 account and tour. |
| San Francisco Chronicle, January 10, 2024 | Report refers to portions of floors eight and nine | 185,000-square-foot headquarters; 46,000 square feet marketed for sublease | A real-estate report at the time of publication; it does not confirm current occupancy. |
The differences may reflect varying project scopes or dates, but the cited accounts do not confirm an explanation. The 2024 sublease report is a time-specific real-estate account, not proof that the same space is available or that Twitch occupies the same area now.
Quick Recap
What to know before going
- Use 350 Bush Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104 as Twitch’s official contact address, not as confirmation of visitor access.
- Expect descriptions of the tower, historic building, and office design to come from project sources and dated reporting.
- Use Twitch’s events page for public-facing ways to connect in person; do not assume those events happen at the headquarters.
