Nintendo advertised 30% off dozens of Nintendo Switch digital games and bundles, plus savings on select physical games, downloadable content, accessories, amiibo and apparel. The company’s September 10 announcement did not provide a complete itemized list or establish current prices or availability.
What did Nintendo’s Customer Appreciation Sale include?
Nintendo of America described the promotion as “one of our largest promotions ever.” That is the company’s characterization, not an independently verified ranking. The announced offer covered:
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
- 30% off dozens of Nintendo Switch digital games and bundles.
- Additional savings on select physical games, downloadable content, accessories, amiibo and apparel.
Nintendo named broad categories rather than specific game titles or products, so the announcement cannot establish which individual items were discounted.
Where could shoppers find the offers?
Nintendo listed Nintendo eShop, Nintendo Store and participating retail locations as sales channels. Products and offers could vary by retailer and channel, so the announcement did not promise identical discounts or availability everywhere.
