Analog Devices confirms that its parts are used in a Lekha Wireless 4G RAN reference design, and it lists a Lekha Himalia radio card featuring the AD9375 RF transceiver. Those records establish a technical relationship, but they do not identify the ADI component in every current Lekha 4G or 5G product—or confirm that a newly described integration is shipping.
What is confirmed about the Lekha–ADI relationship?
Analog Devices’ partner directory lists Lekha Wireless as an ADI partner since 2017. It says Lekha’s 4G RAN reference design includes hardware and software stacks for LTE user equipment and eNodeB products and uses ADI parts. The listing does not name the parts or specify design revisions.

ADI also identifies a Lekha Himalia radio card featuring its AD9375 transceiver. That is direct evidence of a named Lekha design associated with an ADI radio component. It does not establish that the AD9375 is used in every Lekha product, or that it is the component in a separate, current 4G/5G integration.

ADI describes the AD9375 as an “Integrated, Dual RF Transceiver with Observation Path.” Its product page lists 3G/4G small-cell base stations and massive-MIMO or active-antenna systems among its applications, and includes the Lekha Himalia radio card as a third-party solution featuring the part.

ADI’s ADRV9375-N/PCBZ and ADRV9375-W/PCBZ are 2×2 radio evaluation cards intended for prototyping and evaluating AD9375-based radio solutions. Their existence provides technical context, not evidence that Lekha uses either evaluation board in a commercial deployment.
Which Lekha products are involved?
Lekha’s product pages describe its Vyapi LTE eNodeB, a Vyapi LTE Network-in-a-Box, and broader mobile-network offerings that include 5G Open RAN. The eNodeB description covers multiple TDD and FDD bands and radio front ends for listed LTE bands; the Network-in-a-Box combines RAN, EPC and compute. These descriptions do not map a specific ADI part to a current product SKU.

Separately, a C-DOT consortium announcement dated 31 July 2023 named Lekha among the companies developing an O-RAN-compliant, disaggregated 5G RAN solution capable of operating in FR1 and FR2. That is historical development context; the announcement does not identify ADI technology as part of that project.
What remains unconfirmed?
- The exact ADI part numbers used in the integration described by the title.
- Which current Lekha 4G or 5G products incorporate which ADI parts.
- Integration or launch timing, customers, deployment status and commercial availability.
- Supported bands or performance figures attributable to the specific integration.
Accordingly, the AD9375/Himalia record should be treated as a documented example, not as proof of the component or product scope of a newer integration. No current product mapping or shipping claim is established by the cited public product pages.
