If you need one, bags and purses must be smaller than 10 x 6 x 2 inches; medical and infant bags are allowed but screened. Gate 3 on NE 8th Street is the venue’s primary accessible entrance. Rules and services can vary by event, so check the event listing and venue guidance before you leave.
Tickets, doors, and getting inside
Kaseya Center says doors generally open one hour before the printed event time. That is general guidance, not a guarantee for every show; check the event listing for its current door time. A valid event ticket is required for admission.

For most events, including Miami HEAT home games, children under 2 may enter without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Children age 2 and older need a ticket. The venue recommends bringing proof of a young child’s age to help avoid delays.
Plan to stay inside once admitted. The A–Z guide says re-entry is prohibited, and the venue FAQ says guests cannot return without a valid, unused ticket. If you believe you need an exception, confirm it with the venue before arrival.

Bag rules and screening
Kaseya Center’s advice is: “For expedited entry into the building, we encourage fans not to bring a bag.” If you need to carry one, it must be smaller than 10 x 6 x 2 inches. The venue says bags are searched. Medical and infant bags are permitted, but they are subject to screening; the Know Before You Go guidance says X-ray screening for these bags takes place at Gate 3. The venue does not require a clear bag.
Measure the bag itself before you set out rather than relying on a product label or visual estimate. The size limit is strict, and carrying no bag is the simplest way to avoid a bag-related delay.
