Do you need to know Shin chan first?

The platform records do not describe one universal language configuration. Nintendo’s US listing names American English among its supported languages. PlayStation Canada lists English screen text and Japanese voice. Steam lists Japanese, Chinese and Korean full audio, alongside eight interface/subtitle options. Because those lists are not identical, do not infer that every version has English voice acting or that every language is available on every platform.

If voice language matters to you, treat the audio and interface fields separately. A store page can list a language for menus or subtitles without promising a matching full-voice track.
Digital or physical copy?
The 2022 Neos launch announcement described the western Switch and PS4 editions as digital only. A current publisher page mentions a physical edition in connection with a limited bonus, but the inspected information does not establish the territory, release scope or continuing availability of a physical copy for this title.
That means a physical Switch listing should be verified locally rather than assumed. Check who is selling it, which region the cartridge serves, whether the listing is an official edition and whether the advertised bonus is still included. If no confirmed local physical release appears, the official digital storefront is the better-established option.
How to choose a platform
Choose Switch if portability is central
Switch supports TV, tabletop and handheld play, which suits a game built around relaxed exploration and short vacation sessions. Remember that Nintendo specifically notes a potentially different experience on Switch Lite, so confirm how the handheld-only model handles the title before buying.
Choose PS4 if you already use PlayStation
The PlayStation listing identifies a one-player offline PS4 version. It also says PS5 play is possible, subject to system software and possible feature differences. Choose Steam if PC features matter
