Before booking an all-inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos, compare the exact package inclusions, full price for your dates and party, airport transfer, cancellation and hurricane terms, and entry requirements. “All-inclusive” does not mean the same thing at every property: rely on the written terms for the room and rate you are considering.
What “all-inclusive” covers depends on the resort and rate
Read the package details rather than assuming meals, drinks, activities, transportation, and gratuities are all included. For example, Alexandra Resort’s package page lists meals, beverages, selected water activities, Wi-Fi, beach access, taxes and service charges, and access to sister resort Blue Haven. It excludes room service, retail purchases, spa treatments, motorized watersports, diving, airport transfers, and tours. Menus and package details can change, so verify the terms for your booking.

The Turks and Caicos Collection describes shared access between Alexandra and Blue Haven and states a four-night minimum for its package. Check the selected room and rate for current conditions.
Beaches Turks & Caicos lists round-trip airport transfers, tips, taxes, and gratuities among its inclusions, along with family activities and facilities. These examples show why a general “all-inclusive” label is not enough to compare properties.

Compare quotes on the same basis
Request a complete quote for identical dates, room occupancy, and guest count at each resort. Compare the following items in the written terms:
- Total price, including taxes, service charges, and any fees not included in the displayed rate.
- Room type, occupancy limits, and any minimum-stay or age conditions.
- Meals, beverages, restaurant access, activities, and equipment included in the package.
- Airport transfer: whether it is included, the arrival airport and route, and any timing or booking requirements.
- Gratuities: whether they are included and whether additional tipping is optional.
- Cancellation deadlines, penalties, and any special weather or hurricane provisions.
Do not assume one resort’s tax or tipping policy applies elsewhere. Alexandra says on its FAQ page that government taxes and service charges are included in its rates and that extra gratuity is discretionary. Ask each property for its full price and charges for your specific stay.

Check airport and transfer arrangements
Transfers are not universal. Beaches lists round-trip airport transfers as included, while Alexandra and Blue Haven list airport transfers among exclusions. Beaches says guests generally arrive through Providenciales International Airport (PLS); do not assume that airport or route applies to every resort or island. Confirm the airport, transfer provider, pickup details, and whether the quoted fare covers everyone in your party before booking.

Visit Turks and Caicos describes December through April as high season. Its guide reports historical average prices for a weeklong Providenciales all-inclusive vacation of about $7,000 in high season and $5,700 in low season, based on 2024 prices—not a current quote or a 2026 price estimate. Rates depend on dates, room, party size, availability, and property. Check live rates directly with the resort for the stay you plan to take. Visit Turks and Caicos’ all-inclusive resort guide provides the historical context.

Read cancellation and hurricane policies before paying
Cancellation terms and weather provisions vary by property. Alexandra’s published policy describes conditional changes and future-stay credits if the islands are under a hurricane warning from NOAA’s National Hurricane Center. Read the current policy for the exact reservation and note what conditions trigger a change or credit, what deadlines apply, and whether any refund is available.
Trip protection is a separate contract, not a replacement for understanding the resort’s policy. Alexandra recommends trip protection; if you consider insurance, check the policy’s covered reasons, exclusions, limits, and claim requirements before purchasing.

Entry rules depend on nationality and travel documents. The Turks and Caicos Islands Border Force entry requirements page says international visitors generally need a passport valid for at least six months, while its specific rules for US, UK, and Canadian passport holders require a passport valid for the duration of the stay. Requirements may differ by nationality and can change; check the official authority’s current guidance for each traveler before departure rather than relying on a general summary.
