First, check whether the order was placed
- Search the checkout email account. Look in your inbox and spam or promotions folders for an order confirmation. Save the order number if you find one.
- Check the order’s sale and product updates. Wizards has used email, its Secret Lair Production and Shipping Status page, DailyMTG, and Secret Lair social channels for delay updates.
- If there is no confirmation, ask Support to verify the order. Give the sale or drop name, checkout email, approximate purchase time, and any transaction details the support form requests. Wizards specifically advised customers who believed they ordered the Zeta Set but lacked confirmation to contact Support for an order-status check.
Do not treat a product in your cart, a queue position, or reaching a payment screen as proof of an order. Wizards says products are secured only once checkout is completed. Double-check that the shipping address on your account is correct.

If Wizards says your order is delayed, choose what to do
For the orders covered by its October 24, 2025 manufacturing-delay notice, Wizards offered three options. Availability and terms may differ by order, product, and region, so confirm what applies to yours with Support.

The 2025 notice directs customers to Wizards Customer Support for changes or cancellations. It does not provide a universal estimated delivery date or a fixed refund-processing period.
What a cancellation and refund notice does—and does not—promise
Wizards said canceled-order refunds will be processed promptly in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws. “Promptly” is not a set number of days, and the notice does not establish one timeframe for every order or jurisdiction. Keep the Support response and any refund confirmation. If the refund is not visible, follow up with Wizards and check the applicable guidance from your payment provider and local consumer-protection authority.

Check dates only against the specific sale
Sale-specific estimates and cancellation cutoffs are not general Secret Lair policies. For example, Wizards’ October 1, 2026 update for the Secret Lair x MSCHF: The Zeta Set preorder estimated shipping starts of November 5, 2026, for North America and December 8, 2026, for Europe and the United Kingdom. Those estimates apply to that preorder, not other drops.
The same Zeta Set update set October 9, 2026, as the cancellation-request deadline for customers who no longer wanted that preorder; it said no explanation was needed and directed customers to submit a Support ticket. Do not apply that deadline to another Secret Lair order. For a different purchase, check its own notice or ask Support what cancellation or modification options are available.

Where to look for current delay updates
Wizards said updates may be shared by email, on the Secret Lair Production and Shipping Status page, through DailyMTG, or on Secret Lair social channels. Check the inbox used at checkout and official updates for the particular product and region. A March 27, 2026 notice described delays at that time affecting the Rad Superdrop and Roll for Initiative Superdrop in the United States, and many non-Dandân drops in Europe. Those dated conditions do not establish the status of every order now.
