As of October 4, 2026, the House of the Dragon Quest Event is not expected to appear yet: Zynga schedules it for October 15 at 4 a.m. ET through October 19 at 2 a.m. ET. If it is missing or will not load during that window, check your connection, restart and update the game, then contact Zynga support if the problem persists. Avoid reinstalling until you have confirmed your progress is backed up.
First, check whether the event is scheduled to be live
Zynga’s October 2026 calendar, posted September 29, lists the House of the Dragon Quest Event from October 15 at 4 a.m. ET to October 19 at 2 a.m. ET. On October 4, its absence is consistent with the published schedule.

The calendar also lists a separate House of the Dragon Summon, running October 15 at 1 a.m. ET through October 19 at 2 p.m. ET. It names Rhaenyra Targaryen, Viserys I Targaryen, Caraxes, and Olenna Tyrell. If you are looking for the summon rather than the quest, check for that separate listing; its start and end times differ.

Make sure you are looking for the current event
Zynga’s June 11, 2026 announcement described a one-time Special Dragon Egg Quest commencing June 25. It was a distinct event, not an ongoing version of the October Quest Event. Its listed dragon bonuses—+35% Attack Power, +35% Defense, and +20% Fire Resistance—applied to that June event, not necessarily to October’s event. The announcement also listed rewards including Beast Skill Books, Beast Gear, and summon tokens.
Use the current calendar or an in-game notice to confirm the dates of the event you mean. A past event’s announcement does not establish that it remains available after its scheduled window.

If the event should be live but is missing or stuck loading
Try Zynga’s general steps for missing features and loading problems, in this order. Menu names and settings vary by device and operating-system version.
- Check your connection. Confirm the device is online using Wi-Fi or cellular data. On Wi-Fi, check that the router is on and the signal is adequate.
- Restart your device. After it starts again, open Game of Thrones: Legends and check whether the event appears.
- Update the game. Check the app store for the latest available version, install any update, then reopen the game.
- Force-close and reopen the app. Use your device’s app-switching or app-management controls to close the game completely. Zynga provides separate force-close instructions for Android and iOS. Close unnecessary background apps as well.
- Check for an operating-system update. The navigation differs by device and software version, so use the device’s current settings instructions.
- Reinstall only if the steps above do not help and your progress is backed up. Zynga warns that reinstalling may reset progress and that unbacked-up progress may not be recoverable. Confirm that an available in-game sign-in method has saved your account before removing the app.

When to contact Zynga support
If the Quest Event remains absent or will not load during October 15–19 after you have tried the basic steps, contact the official Game of Thrones: Legends Help Center. The reviewed official information does not establish a live outage or a defect specific to this October event, so support is the right place to check account-specific or current availability issues.
If support asks for identifying details, Zynga says your Player ID and PIN are available in Player Profile → Settings → Personal Data Request. Share them through the support process when requested.

What the recent loading fix does—and does not—tell you
Release 1.0.605, dated September 7, 2026, included event fixes and stated: “Fixed technical glitches that were preventing the game from loading.” This shows that an update can address loading problems, but it does not confirm an unresolved bug with the October House of the Dragon event.
