If Stencil Parts are missing in ARC Raiders, first determine whether you expected them from Topside loot or from a Reward Pass. Embark says the parts are found Topside, but has not published a guaranteed container, drop rate or farming route. If you expected a pass reward, verify that the intended pass is active, inspect its reward track, restart the game so updates install, and check your inventory again. Embark acknowledged Reward Pass progression failures on October 9, 2026; a later 2.1.0 report says progression was fixed, but that does not confirm that every previously missed reward was restored.
What Stencil Parts are and where they come from
Stencil Parts are a consumable material used to apply Weapon Stencils to compatible weapons. They are not described as a crafting-bench recipe or as a standalone cosmetic that can be equipped without a weapon. Embark’s Frozen Trail 2.0 update says that applying Stencils requires Stencil Parts and that the parts can be found Topside.

The same update introduced 14 Weapon Stencils. Eight are found Topside, five are exclusive to the Frozen Trail Premium Pass, and one is exclusive to downloadable content. Those numbers describe the stencil patterns, not a guaranteed number of Stencil Parts. The public update does not identify a specific container, map, room, enemy, drop rate or repeatable route for collecting the material.

That distinction matters when diagnosing a missing item. A player can have learned a stencil but lack the parts needed to apply it. Conversely, a player can see a stencil listed in a Reward Pass without having received the associated reward because pass progression or reward delivery failed.

First, identify the exact symptom
Use the symptom to choose the right troubleshooting path. “I cannot find any parts while raiding” is an acquisition question. “The pass showed a reward, but my inventory did not change” is a progression or delivery question. “My stencil disappeared after I lost a weapon” is usually a misunderstanding of learned patterns versus applied instances.

Check Topside loot without relying on an invented farming route
Embark’s wording establishes only that Stencil Parts can be found Topside. It does not promise that every raid, zone, container type or loot category will produce them. Do not assume that a particular residential area, named map location or special crate is a guaranteed source.
- Enter a raid and search Topside loot normally, including containers and other searchable sources you would already inspect.
- Confirm the material is added to your inventory before extracting or leaving the raid.
- After the raid, open the inventory or customization area and look for Stencil Parts rather than only looking for a new stencil pattern.
- Record the raid, location and result if the material repeatedly fails to appear. Those details are useful when reporting an account-specific issue, but they do not establish a universal drop rule.
Loot in ARC Raiders can vary between raids. Embark explains that zones do not change their inherent loot type, but the value yielded by an area can be higher in one raid and lower in another. A quiet run therefore does not prove that the parts are disabled or that your account is permanently blocked.

If you expected parts from a Reward Pass
Frozen Trail changed progression to the Reward Pass system. Reward Points are automatically assigned to whichever pass is active, and only one pass can be active at a time. The Frozen Trail Pass contains 60 levels across Free and Premium tracks. Existing Raider Decks were moved to the Legacy Pass, with rewards that had already been unlocked appearing as granted.
Verify the active pass
- Open the in-game Reward Pass screen.
- Check which pass is marked active. Do not assume that the pass whose reward you are viewing is the pass currently receiving points.
- Identify whether you are looking at the Frozen Trail Pass or the Legacy Pass.
- Inspect the reward track and confirm the exact level or reward tier that should contain the parts.
- Review the pass progress after your last activity. If points went to another active pass, the intended track will not advance retroactively.
If a Raider Deck reward was already unlocked before the system change, look in the Legacy Pass and your granted rewards rather than expecting the old deck interface to behave as it did previously.
Distinguish “not unlocked” from “unlocked but missing”
If the track has not reached the reward tier, the issue is progression rather than inventory delivery. If the tier is clearly unlocked or claimed but Stencil Parts are absent, note the pass name, level, platform and approximate time of the claim. That information separates a normal progression state from a missing-reward report.

Restart and install the current update
Embark’s October 9, 2026 Hotfix 2.0.2 specifically instructed players to restart the game so the hotfix would download. The studio also acknowledged that Reward Pass progression was failing for some players and said it was working on a solution.
- Exit ARC Raiders completely rather than leaving it suspended in the background.
- Restart the game platform and launch the game again.
- Allow any pending update or hotfix to finish before entering a raid.
- Open Reward Pass and check the active pass and reward track again.
- Open your inventory or customization screen and search for Stencil Parts.
A search result for the October 13, 2026 Update 2.1.0 reports that a Reward Pass progression issue was fixed. That report is a community-wiki summary, not an account-specific confirmation from Embark, and the available information does not establish that every reward missed before the fix was restored automatically. Treat the restart and recheck as necessary troubleshooting, not as proof that an older missing item will be reconstructed.
Understand learned stencils versus applied stencils
Weapon Stencils behave like learned blueprints. Learning a pattern and applying that pattern are separate events. Stencil Parts are consumed when you apply a learned stencil to a compatible weapon; they are not described as being consumed merely because the pattern is visible in your collection.

If you are downed and another Raider loots a weapon carrying an applied stencil, the other player can take that weapon and its applied appearance. Embark’s explanation does not say that the learned stencil is deleted from your collection. To use the pattern on another compatible weapon, you still need another set of Stencil Parts.
- Pattern learned: the stencil blueprint remains available for future compatible weapons.
- Pattern applied: the weapon currently carries the cosmetic and the application used parts.
- Weapon lost: the looted weapon can leave with its applied stencil, while the learned pattern remains yours.
- New application: applying the learned pattern again requires Stencil Parts.
What not to assume
- There is no published guarantee that a named container or zone always contains Stencil Parts.
- There is no official drop-rate table establishing how many parts a raid should produce.
- A stencil shown in a pass is not evidence that the parts will be delivered before the pass reaches that reward tier.
- Seeing a pass reward as unlocked does not, by itself, prove that the item was added to the inventory if progression was affected by the known issue.
- Losing a weapon with an applied stencil does not necessarily mean the learned stencil was lost.
When to contact official support
Use current official ARC Raiders support if the intended pass is active, the reward tier is unlocked, the game is fully updated and the parts are still absent after a restart. The available guidance does not document an item-specific restoration command, guaranteed compensation process or account-side workaround, so avoid relying on claims that a particular menu reset or repeated raid will restore the item.
Include the details support needs to distinguish the possible causes:
- Platform and account identifier requested by the support form.
- Whether the parts were expected from Topside loot or a Reward Pass.
- The pass name: Frozen Trail, Legacy or another pass shown in your account.
- The active-pass setting when the relevant Reward Points were earned.
- The reward level or tier that appeared unlocked.
- When you restarted and which game version was installed afterward.
- Whether the inventory is missing the parts, the stencil pattern, or both.
- Any screenshot or video showing the reward track and inventory state, if the support form accepts attachments.
Keep the report focused on the missing item and progression state. A community report that several players have the same symptom can indicate a broader service issue, but individual reports do not prove that every account is affected.

- Expected from a raid? Search Topside loot, but do not expect a guaranteed source because Embark has not published one.
- Expected from a pass? Open Reward Pass and verify the active pass and exact reward tier.
- Used the old Raider Deck system? Check the Legacy Pass for rewards that were already unlocked.
- Progression looked stuck? Restart to install current updates, including the 2.0.2 hotfix instruction.

A later report says Update 2.1.0 fixed progression, but it does not confirm the outcome for every player who missed a reward.
The unresolved questions are the exact Topside drop location, the drop rate, the reason a particular account is missing parts, and whether an older missed reward is automatically restored. Until Embark publishes those details, the safest approach is to verify the acquisition path, confirm the active pass, restart on the current version, and escalate persistent discrepancies through official support.
