Wait until the storefront’s own record shows the final status, then repeat the add-on check. Do not confuse the skin with Year 1 Character Pass content
The official Invincible VS FAQ explains that fighters included in the Year 1 Character Pass become available only after their official release. That is a timing rule for pass characters. It does not explain a missing Atom Eve — Everyday Eve Skin, which is listed separately as a store add-on.

If the item you expected is a new fighter, verify that fighter’s release date before opening a missing-content ticket. If the item is the Everyday Eve Skin and the purchase is complete, use the account, installation, and support checks in this article instead. Applying the pass-character explanation to a cosmetic purchase can send you down the wrong troubleshooting path.
Earnable cosmetics are a separate path
Invincible VS also offers cosmetics through character or player leveling and through Arcade Ladders, Story Mode, or Ranked Mode. Those systems describe ways to earn certain cosmetics during play.
