If a Flipkart sale order is delayed, cancelled, or stuck in return pickup or refund, start with the order itself: sign in, open Orders, select the affected order, and use its Help option. The order page shows the status and actions available for your case; Flipkart’s support flow can connect you to chat.
Flipkart order delayed: check the estimate and contact support
- Sign in to the Flipkart account used to place the order and open Orders.
- Select the order and check its current status and displayed delivery estimate.
- If the estimate has passed or the status has stopped updating, open Help, choose the delivery-related issue, and start a support chat.
- Keep the order details and support conversation available if you need to follow up on the same case.
Flipkart lists delivery help in its Help Centre. A delay does not by itself establish a new delivery date, a right to cancel, or eligibility for compensation; check the options shown for your order or ask support.

Flipkart cancelled my order: check status and payment
- Open the order in Orders and review its status and any cancellation information.
- If you want to cancel an order that is still active, use the cancellation option if it appears for that order.
- If Flipkart cancelled it, or you cannot find or complete the cancellation action, open the order’s Help flow and contact support.
- If you paid, check the refund status through the order-linked help path. If it is unclear, ask support about that transaction.
Cancellation eligibility and refund status are order-specific. The public help pages do not establish a single cancellation cutoff or refund deadline for every order.

- Open the order and use the return option if Flipkart shows one for the item.
- If you have already requested a return, choose the relevant returns/pickup or refund help option, and use return tracking where available.
- If pickup has not happened or the refund status is unclear, open the issue for that order and chat with support.
- Follow the instructions displayed for your order. Do not send an item through an unapproved route based on general advice.
The Help Centre includes returns and pickup, refunds, and return tracking. Eligibility, pickup timing, and refund timing can depend on the order and item; use the order page and support response for the applicable details.

How to reach Flipkart support
In the Flipkart app
- Log in and tap Account, then open Orders.
- Select the affected order and tap Help at the top right.
- Choose the issue and tap Chat with us.
On the Flipkart website
- Log in and open the three-dot menu at the top right.
- Select 24×7 Customer Care, then select the relevant issue or order.
- Choose Chat with us.
These routes are described in Flipkart’s customer-care instructions. Its Support Assistant may offer self-service options; agents may provide additional information depending on the request. Use official Flipkart channels, and never share your password or a payment OTP in response to an unsolicited contact.

Flipkart’s help navigation covers delivery, cancellation, returns and pickup, refunds, and return tracking. It does not set one public timeline or eligibility rule that applies to every sale order. Check the status, available actions, and instructions on the order in question, and ask support to clarify any case-specific next step. The Help Centre requires login for assistance with recent orders.
