Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsBefore buying Zelda merchandise online, check the exact item’s materials and care instructions, compare its measurements with a similar item you already own, look for Nintendo’s licensing seal where applicable, and read the seller’s return terms. Nintendo’s 30-day policy covers qualifying physical products bought directly from its US or Canadian online store—not purchases from other retailers or marketplaces.
Check the materials and care instructions on the exact listing
A product’s fiber label tells you what it is made from, but not by itself how it will feel or fit. Check the composition and care instructions for the specific item rather than assuming they apply to other Zelda clothing.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
For example, Nintendo lists its Tears of the Kingdom hoodie as 50% polyester, 38% cotton, and 12% rayon, with care instructions on the product page. Its long-sleeve T-shirt has a different composition: 50% polyester, 25% cotton, and 25% rayon. These are examples of how specifications vary, not a guide to every Zelda garment.

Compare measurements, not just letter sizes
Size labels are not a reliable substitute for garment measurements. Compare the measurements in the listing with a similar piece of clothing that fits you well, using the same measuring method where possible.

- ZELDA DESIGN: Featuring Link from The iconic Legend of Zelda video game, this throw brings the fun and excitement of the Nintendo character home for gamers of all ages.
- Body length: Compare the listed length with a garment measured from a similar point.
- Chest width: Check whether the listing gives a flat width or another measurement convention; compare it consistently with your reference garment.
- Sleeve length: Use this when the product chart provides it, particularly for long-sleeve tops.
Nintendo’s hoodie chart lists body length and chest width for sizes XS through 3XL. The separate long-sleeve shirt chart lists body length, chest width, and sleeve length for those sizes. Use the chart for the exact product you intend to buy; one item’s chart does not establish the fit of another.
If you find a Zelda Tears of the Kingdom hoodie on a marketplace, compare its listing with Nintendo’s product information, but verify the marketplace seller, the actual item specifications, and that seller’s return terms. A matching product title or image alone does not establish who is selling the item or what protections apply.

Look for licensing evidence
Nintendo says licensed merchandise such as apparel, toys, and bedding displays the Official Nintendo Licensed Product Seal. Its support page advises: “Always look for this seal when buying video game systems, accessories, and related products.” Check product details and, when available, packaging for the seal. Also check who the seller is and whether the listing clearly identifies the product.
A marketplace title or image is not proof that a particular listing is official. Nintendo notes that unlicensed products do not go through its evaluation process, so the seal is a useful cue when assessing merchandise.

Read the return terms for the seller taking your payment
Do not assume Nintendo’s policy applies to Zelda merchandise bought from another shop. Nintendo’s online-store terms apply to qualifying physical products purchased directly from Nintendo Store; other retailers and marketplace sellers set their own rules. Before ordering, find the policy for the specific seller and check:
- How long you have to start a return, and when the deadline begins.
- Whether the item must be unopened, unused, complete, tagged, or in its original packaging.
- Which items are excluded, including any sale, custom, or digital products.
- Who pays return shipping and whether the original shipping charge is refundable.
- How refunds are issued and how long processing may take.
What Nintendo’s direct-store policy says
For qualifying physical products purchased directly from Nintendo Store, Nintendo allows returns or exchanges within 30 days after delivery. The item must meet the policy’s original-condition requirements. Nintendo excludes items shipped after the 30-day period, opened or unsealed items, items with tags removed, and items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition. The policy also excludes digital items and purchases made somewhere other than Nintendo Store.

Nintendo generally does not refund shipping unless the item it supplied was damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Qualifying credits go to the original payment method and may take up to two billing cycles to appear. These details apply to Nintendo’s own policy, not to other sellers.
Confirm shipping and policy coverage for your location
Nintendo’s FAQ says Nintendo Store cannot ship orders to addresses outside the United States and Canada. If you are elsewhere, confirm that a local retailer actually has the item and read that retailer’s regional return and shipping terms. A seller’s policy may differ by country or destination.
