OPPO’s 5 October 2026 launch announcement listed prices of ₹38,999 and ₹42,999 respectively, with sales announced from 11 October through OPPO’s E-Store, Flipkart, Amazon.in and offline retailers. Those are launch details, not a guarantee of today’s stock or price.
Festive benefits were advertised as “up to” offers and may depend on the seller, card, exchange device, customer and activation timing. Read the invoice and written terms before paying, especially because OPPO’s accessible warranty information does not establish an F35-specific base-warranty duration.

Both figures come from OPPO’s India launch announcement and are not a live price promise. OPPO says its displayed prices are suggested retail prices, so a channel may charge a different amount. Compare the seller’s current total rather than assuming the announcement price still applies.
How much storage do you actually need?
Both launch-listed F35 variants have 128GB of internal storage. That capacity must hold the operating system, applications, photos, downloaded video, music, documents and temporary files, so usable space is lower than the number on the box. The 6GB model is the sensible choice when you regularly back up media to cloud storage, stream instead of downloading, and keep a modest number of large games or editing projects locally.

The 8GB model costs ₹4,000 more at the announced launch prices. It may be preferable if you keep many applications open, switch frequently between demanding apps, or plan to keep the phone for several years. The available material does not include independent performance testing proving that every buyer will notice a benefit, so base the decision on your workload and the seller’s real price gap.
Do not treat RAM Expansion as extra physical memory
The F35 product page describes RAM Expansion as using part of internal storage to cache background applications. It is a software feature, not an additional physical RAM chip. A listing that says “up to” a larger memory figure may therefore combine physical RAM with this setting. Record the physical RAM figure shown in the specification and invoice separately.
Clarify the 256GB smoothness reference
OPPO’s product-page footnote says its six-year smoothness protection statement applies to 256GB-and-above configurations, while 128GB versions receive up to five years. The India launch announcement lists the F35 only in 128GB variants. This mismatch could reflect a broader product-page statement, a later SKU or a regional configuration, but it is not resolved by the published launch details. Ask the seller or OPPO to identify the exact model number and provide the claim in writing before paying for a supposed 256GB tier.

Is a microSD card supported?
The reviewed F35 material does not establish whether the India model accepts a microSD card. Do not assume that a card slot exists, or that it is absent, until the precise regional specification sheet or the physical tray confirms it. If expandable storage is essential, make that verification a condition of purchase.
Check the listing, seller and final price
OPPO announced sales from 11 October 2026 through its E-Store, Flipkart, Amazon.in and offline stores. Availability, seller identity and pricing can vary by channel and location. Before placing an order, open the complete specification panel rather than relying on a headline such as “F35 5G” or a memory figure in a banner.

Calculate net cost instead of trusting the headline percentage
Use this calculation at checkout:
Net cost = phone price − eligible instant discount − confirmed exchange benefit + mandatory fees + selected protection-plan cost.
Keep exchange value separate from an exchange bonus. A quoted value may depend on the old phone’s model, condition, inspection result and whether it powers on. A bonus can disappear if the inspection changes the base value or if the old device is not eligible. Also check whether an EMI processing fee, convenience fee or interest is added even when the promotion is described as no-cost EMI.

Save a screenshot or PDF of the final offer page, including the card network, minimum transaction, maximum discount, validity date and stacking rules. This is useful if the amount on the invoice differs from the amount shown during payment.

The announcement stated that the free extended warranty and the 20% SDP and ADLD discount were valid from 28 September through 21 October 2026. A promotion end date does not guarantee stock or acceptance of a claim after purchase, so confirm the activation rule while the offer is visible at checkout.

Questions to ask before selecting an offer
- Does this exact seller participate, or is the benefit limited to OPPO’s own store?
- Does the discount apply to both 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB?
- Can cashback, exchange bonus, EMI and accessory discounts be stacked?
- What happens if the exchanged phone fails inspection?
- Is the extended warranty activated automatically, through a code, or through a separate registration?
- What are the plan’s exclusions, especially accidental, liquid and battery-related damage?
Warranty, authenticity and condition
Check activation and authenticity
OPPO India’s support portal provides an authenticity and activation-date inquiry. If possible, ask the seller for the device identifiers before purchase; otherwise perform the check immediately after delivery, while the marketplace return window is open.
- Locate the identifier on the box and in the phone’s settings, and compare it with the invoice.
- Enter the identifier in OPPO’s official authenticity and activation-date inquiry.
- Confirm that the result corresponds to a new unit, the expected model and a sensible activation date.
- If the date predates your purchase or the result does not match the invoice, stop setup and contact the seller and OPPO support before accepting the device.
Keep the tax invoice, order confirmation, payment record, box label and any offer-registration confirmation. A marketplace order page alone may not contain all information needed for warranty service.
Base warranty is not established by the available page
The accessible official warranty-policy page does not state an F35-specific base-warranty duration in the material reviewed here. Do not fill that gap with a generic OPPO number from another country or model. Ask the seller or OPPO for the current India terms in writing, including the start date, authorised service route, exclusions and requirements for proof of purchase.

Understand the extended warranty and protection plans
The advertised free one-year extended warranty is an additional offer, not a substitute for reading the base warranty. Confirm whether it begins after the standard cover, whether registration is required and which component failures are included. SDP and ADLD are separate protection products; ask what the abbreviations mean in the seller’s terms, what accidental or liquid damage is covered, the deductible, claim limits and whether the plan follows the device if ownership changes.
Battery degradation is treated differently
OPPO’s product page states: “Natural degradation of battery capacity retention resulting from normal use is not covered under the warranty.” That sentence concerns ordinary loss of battery capacity and does not describe every warranty exclusion. It also means the product’s battery-retention claim should not be interpreted as a promise of a free battery replacement.
What the specifications mean before you decide
OPPO’s India product page promotes a 16.69cm FHD+ AMOLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 MAX processor, a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide front camera, 80W SUPERVOOC charging and an 8000mAh typical battery rated at 7820mAh. These are manufacturer specifications; confirm the regional configuration on the listing and box.
Battery capacity and the six-year claim
OPPO says its laboratory simulation retained more than 80% battery capacity after six years, using a full charge-discharge cycle every 1.3 days. The company also says actual results vary with usage, device condition and software. This is a controlled OPPO laboratory result, not an independent long-term test or a guaranteed outcome for every owner.
Smoothness protection is a test claim
OPPO describes a laboratory six-year smooth-operation test covering cold app launch, boot duration, multimedia response and app installation before and after simulated ageing. The page assigns the six-year statement to 256GB-and-above configurations and up to five years to 128GB. Treat the figures as test-based claims with usage and software limitations, not as a promise that every phone will feel identical for that period.
IP ratings do not make the phone unconditionally waterproof
OPPO lists IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K laboratory testing under stated standards and conditions. The same product information warns that real-life conditions differ, resistance can decline with normal wear, and the phone should not be immersed or exposed to seawater or beverages. Do not charge it while wet. Water damage can therefore remain a risk even when a listing prominently displays an IP rating.
