Before contacting support, identify the affected channel and stream, describe the error and when it occurred, and include relevant screenshots or error text if the form allows. Keep the stream’s privacy and access details secure: do not share a stream key in a support request or public post.

Those details establish ways to contact the service, not that support answers at all hours; the page does not publish support hours or a response commitment. Do not confuse a 24/7 broadcast with 24/7 support
“24/7” may describe a stream that keeps broadcasting, not a team that can answer questions at any hour. For example, OneStream Live’s help article, last updated September 3, 2026, says its 24/7 YouTube streaming feature is exclusive to its Enterprise plan and allows a scheduled stream for up to 30 days. When choosing a provider, look for published staffed days and hours, time zone and holiday coverage; a response-time commitment and escalation route; and whether those terms apply to customers in India. Also check broadcast details separately, such as whether the service can loop uploaded video and how long a stream can run. A contact form, email address or phone number alone does not settle any of those questions.
Check your YouTube channel’s eligibility separately
Support availability is not the same as permission to start a live stream. YouTube’s live-streaming documentation says a channel must be verified and must have had no live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days.
