How Arlecchino’s Bond of Life shapes her build
Arlecchino’s main damage comes from her Pyro-converted Normal Attacks. They convert to Pyro when her Bond of Life (BoL) is at least 30% of her Max HP, and using those attacks consumes BoL. Her rotation therefore needs to build and replenish BoL as well as keep her on field to attack.

Her Elemental Skill applies Blood-Debt marks, and her Charged Attack absorbs those marks to grant BoL. Her Elemental Burst deals damage, restores her health, and resets her Skill cooldown. Which artifact set should you use?
Best general set: Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy
Use four pieces of Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy for the strongest general recommendation. Its two-piece effect grants 18% ATK. Its four-piece effect grants 18% DMG for six seconds each time her Bond of Life changes, stacking up to three times. The set aligns with her BoL cycle, but its ranking is a guide recommendation rather than a guarantee that any Whimsy set will outperform your existing artifacts.

Practical alternative: Gladiator’s Finale
Four-piece Gladiator’s Finale is close enough to be a sound choice when your pieces have better substats or you would rather not farm a dedicated set. In the cited comparison, the guide’s calculations put Gladiator at 96% of its Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy baseline; that is a result under that guide’s assumptions, not a universal damage ratio. Better Gladiator substats can make up the difference.
What stats and substats should Arlecchino use?

There is no single fixed stat target established by the cited recommendation, so compare pieces in the context of your team rather than chasing a universal number.
Which weapon should you use?
Crimson Moon’s Semblance is Arlecchino’s signature polearm, but it is not required for a strong build. The available recommendations include other five-star, Battle Pass, and free-to-play options, and weapon order depends on team composition and investment. Choose from the polearms you actually own; do not sacrifice substantially better artifacts or team fit simply to match a signature-weapon ranking. Vaporize and Melt
In reaction teams, account for Elemental Mastery alongside ATK and CRIT. Whether an EM sands is worthwhile depends on the weapon and the rest of the build, so weigh its reaction contribution against the ATK% sands rather than treating EM as mandatory.

Overload and Mono-Pyro
These teams do not rely on Vaporize or Melt in the same way, so the case for Elemental Mastery is weaker. Keep the standard ATK%, Pyro DMG, and CRIT setup unless your particular weapon or artifact substats make another option more effective.

While Arlecchino is in combat, teammate healing does not restore her HP; her Elemental Burst is her in-combat healing source. That makes defensive support, dodging, and interruption protection relevant to how comfortable a team feels. A shield can help prevent interruptions and reduce incoming damage, while the Burst can restore health and reset her Skill cooldown. Account for that sustain constraint when choosing supports and deciding when to use her Burst. The guide’s mechanics and team notes provide further detail.
