Colorlib’s page provides both a preview and a download for V03. Use the preview to inspect the page’s appearance, then download the HTML template if its layout fits your project. The page is part of Colorlib’s broader collection of registration forms; the publisher says the collection contains 86 entries, including 10 registration pages added in 2026 and 75 earlier forms. Those figures describe Colorlib’s own collection, not the wider template market.
What you need to make the form receive registrations
The template supplies the front end: the page and its form fields. A form that visitors can submit still needs a destination for the data. Colorlib’s article explains that the form’s action should point to an endpoint and that the submitted POST data must be handled server-side. The receiving system must also validate submitted values on the server; browser-side checks alone are not a security or data-integrity measure.

Simply placing the HTML on a website does not, by itself, create user accounts, store registrations, or provide a backend. If you use a form service, follow its instructions for connecting the form and confirm that it supports the workflow and data you need.

Compare the actual fields, layout, mobile behavior, framework requirements, and submission setup before choosing. A template’s appearance and its ability to deliver submissions are separate considerations.
