How does AI Workflow Factory use AI Control Tower?

Is ServiceNow AI Workflow Factory available now?
ServiceNow stated on October 6, 2026, that AI Workflow Factory is globally available. Autonomous Engineer is early access on request, rather than generally available according to the same announcement. ServiceNow also says its India data centers serve regulated sectors including banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), and telecommunications. That statement is not a blanket compliance certification; buyers should confirm applicable data residency and regulatory terms for their own deployment.

Faster workflow construction does not settle who owns a process, whether it should be redesigned, or how changes will be validated and maintained.
