Hostinger says it can use account context to help with tasks such as SEO, content, analysis, and marketing—but current Agent pricing and independent evidence of its business-task performance remain unclear. The former Hostinger Agents suite was replaced in 2026, so its old price and credit allowance are not current terms.
What is Hostinger Agent?
Hostinger announced Hostinger Agent on September 2, 2026, after a rollout that began in mid-August. The unified product brought together Kodee, Hostinger’s support assistant, and specialized agents for business work. An August 24 update also described the merger of Kodee and Hostinger AI Agents into one experience. Hostinger says the unified Agent replaced Kodee across its customer touchpoints. It is important to distinguish the assistant from AI Builder. AI Builder is Hostinger’s separate environment for creating websites, stores, apps, and other online projects. Hostinger says Agent is available within AI Builder as well as across customer touchpoints; the two products are related but not interchangeable. (AI Builder product page)
What can Hostinger Agent do?
Hostinger describes Agent as a support and business-work assistant that can use context from a customer’s website or store, domain, business email, newsletters, prior conversations, and ongoing work. Its named areas include marketing, SEO, content and visuals, analysis, and recurring tasks. Hostinger’s examples include an SEO audit, a blog post with keyword research, a privacy-policy draft, a marketing campaign, and a client email. It also describes connections with Gmail, Notion, and Slack. These are vendor-described capabilities, not independent confirmations that each task works well in practice. (Hostinger Agent announcement; merger update)
For a small business, the useful question is not only whether Agent can draft or analyze something, but what data it uses and how much review a result needs. Before relying on an output, check that the relevant business context is accurate, verify factual claims and recommendations, and review any proposed action before it is sent, published, or applied. The available descriptions do not establish the full scope of permissions, approval controls, or safeguards for every workflow.
How much does Hostinger Agent cost?
Hostinger’s September 2026 announcement says support and account management remain available at no additional cost, while specialized agentic work uses a tiered subscription. It does not provide the current Agent tiers, prices, credit allotments, or renewal terms. The live AI Builder page lists 20 Hostinger Agent credits with Cloud Startup, but that is a listing for one AI Builder plan, not a complete Agent price schedule; plan availability and pricing may vary by location and change over time. The former Hostinger Agents product was advertised in April 2026 at a starting price of $6.99 per month with 1,000 monthly credits. Hostinger later said that product had been replaced by Hostinger Agent, so those figures are historical and should not be treated as the current Agent offer. (April launch post; replacement announcement)
Before subscribing, confirm the price for your location, what the tier includes, how credits are consumed, whether they renew or roll over, and what happens when they run out. The published information available here does not settle those terms for the current Agent.
What do Hostinger’s performance figures show?
Hostinger reports that Kodee resolved 91% of roughly 1.5 million support conversations per month on its own. It also says that after a change at the end of June 2026, specialist-guided AI resolution increased from 41% to 72%, while live-chat demand fell from 10% to 4.5%. Hostinger puts median resolution at around three minutes for specialist-guided AI compared with more than 50 minutes for live chats. These figures describe Hostinger’s support process, as reported by the company; they are not independent benchmarks of Agent’s accuracy on SEO, marketing, or other business tasks. (Hostinger’s September announcement)
Hostinger says roughly one in ten conversations exceeds what its AI can confidently resolve alone, allowing a Customer Success specialist to step in. The company also says customers can request a specialist directly on any plan and in every market. These are descriptions of Hostinger’s support model, not evidence about the quality of Agent’s specialized business output. (Hostinger’s September announcement)

Is there independent user evidence for Hostinger Agent?
A representative set of dated user reviews of the current unified Hostinger Agent is not established by the available evidence. Anecdotal discussion of the earlier Hostinger Agents product predates the merger, so it cannot establish a current user consensus.
TechRadar’s July 2, 2026 hands-on review tested Hostinger Horizons, a separate but related AI website and app builder. It does not test Hostinger Agent and should not be used to judge the assistant’s business workflows. (TechRadar’s Horizons review)

Hostinger’s Head of Product Innovation, Emilis Strimaitis, explained the rationale for combining support and business assistance: “When the AI already knows what the customer is building and what they are trying to achieve, fixing the immediate problem is only part of the job.” That statement describes the company’s reasoning for the product design; it is not independent evidence that Agent improves business outcomes. (Hostinger’s announcement)
What should a small-business owner verify before using it?
- Current cost: Confirm the Agent subscription, credit allowance, renewal rules, and any separate AI Builder plan requirement before committing.
- Task fit: Check whether the specific task you need—such as an audit, draft, or recurring workflow—is supported in your account and region.
- Data access: Understand which account and business information Agent can use for the task, including connected services.
- Review and control: Confirm how to edit outputs and whether actions require your approval before they affect customers or public-facing content.
- Human help: Ask how to reach a specialist and what support is included on the plan you are considering.
- Evidence: Look for current, dated feedback or an independent test of the exact Agent workflow you intend to use; the available independent review of Horizons is not a substitute.
Verdict
Hostinger Agent is a unified support and business assistant that Hostinger says can draw on account context and handle specialized workflows. The product transition and intended capabilities are clear, but current subscription details and independent evidence about business-task quality are not. Treat Hostinger’s support statistics as support statistics—not proof of marketing or SEO performance—and verify plan terms and outputs before relying on the service for consequential work.
