You can’t give your spouse a Bouquet in Stardew Valley; the game removed that gift option. A Bouquet is used to start dating an eligible marriage candidate, not to renew or celebrate a marriage. Spouse jealousy is a separate mechanic that can follow a later gift to another candidate.
Can you give a Bouquet to your spouse?
No. The Stardew Valley Wiki’s Bouquet page says the ability to give a Bouquet to a spouse was removed. The page does not specify which update removed it.

Originally, a Bouquet’s purpose is to show romantic interest in an eligible marriage candidate after reaching 8 hearts. If the candidate accepts it, their Social-tab status changes to boyfriend or girlfriend, and friendship can progress beyond the dating threshold. Friendship can also decay after dating begins.
Does attempting it make your spouse jealous?
The rejected spouse-gift action is distinct from the documented jealousy mechanic. The Marriage page describes jealousy as a possible reaction when you give a later, non-hated gift to another marriage candidate who has already accepted your Bouquet, provided that candidate is the same gender as your spouse.

- About 45 minutes per player
- A cooperative board game
- Based on the hit video game
The wiki lists a 20–40% chance of jealousy, depending on daily luck. If it happens, you lose 30 friendship points with your spouse, who gives an angry message the next time you speak. The documented conditions do not say that simply trying to give your spouse a Bouquet causes jealousy.
Which gifts count for jealousy?
- Can trigger it: A non-hated gift to another marriage candidate you have already bouquet-dated, if that candidate is the same gender as your spouse.
- Does not trigger it: Hated gifts and birthday gifts.
- Does not count as a gift: Items delivered as part of delivery quests.
The Marriage page notes that version 1.4 changed the jealousy rules so they apply only to marriage candidates who received a Bouquet and exclude hated gifts. The cited pages do not establish platform-specific differences or give a version number for the removal of spouse Bouquet gifting.

What about a Wilted Bouquet?
A Wilted Bouquet is used to end a dating relationship with a boyfriend or girlfriend; it is not a way to end a marriage. If you try to give one to your spouse, the game responds: “It wouldn’t make sense to give this to <spouse name>.” The Wilted Bouquet page documents that response, but does not establish this item as a route to divorce.
