Is liposurfoma the same as surfer’s ear?
No. Liposurfomas are reported fatty growths on the chest. Surfer’s ear is a separate condition involving bony growths in the external ear canal, associated with repeated cold-water exposure. StatPearls’ overview of surfer’s ear discusses that distinct condition.
Can padding or surgery prevent or treat liposurfomas?
