Roughly four million tokenized-stock holders were reported by late September 2026, alongside about 3.24 million monthly active addresses. Those figures point to rapid on-chain growth, but they do not establish four million individual investors or prove that use is durable. Woodstock Fund Blog reported the figures from RWA.xyz; they are dashboard metrics, not a verified census of people.
What the four-million figure measures
In an October 1, 2026 Q3 post, Woodstock Fund Blog reported that RWA.xyz’s tokenized-stock holder count rose from 538,740 on July 20, 2026, to roughly four million by late September. The post also reported monthly active addresses increasing from about 120,000 in July to around 3.24 million in late September, alongside growth in distributed value. These are reported dashboard figures, not an independently verified headcount. Woodstock Fund Blog’s Q3 2026 report.
The word “holder” matters. The surfaced reporting does not establish whether addresses are deduplicated across blockchains, whether one person can appear through several addresses, or how custodial and exchange addresses are counted. A blockchain address is not automatically one person, and the reported count should not be relabeled as four million investors or customers.
Why holders, active addresses, and transfers are different signals
RWA.xyz’s analytics distinguish holders from trailing 30-day active addresses, transfer counts and volumes, total asset value, and token supply. Its platform covers tokenized real-world assets across public blockchains and offers analytics, APIs, and data downloads. Some detailed holder breakdowns require an account. - Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
- Holders indicate addresses recorded as holding a token, not necessarily people who are currently using it.
- Monthly active addresses add a recent-activity signal, but do not establish unique human participation or continued use beyond the measured period.
- Transfers and transfer volume can show movement and trading, but repeated activity by existing holders is not the same as new adoption.
- Asset value and supply help describe economic scale, but need a date and consistent scope to make comparisons meaningful.
One RWA.xyz Microsoft (Ondo Tokenized) page snapshot surfaced with 1,474 holders and 629 trailing 30-day active addresses. Those historical snapshot values illustrate that the metrics are distinct; they are not current figures. Microsoft (Ondo Tokenized) on RWA.xyz.
Wallet growth does not establish what investors own
“Tokenized stock” does not by itself specify a product’s legal form, shareholder rights, or redemption terms. The surfaced Microsoft (Ondo Tokenized) page describes economic exposure similar to holding Microsoft and labels eligibility as non-U.S. The surfaced Backed Alphabet Class A page describes a tokenized tracker certificate that mirrors the share price and also labels eligibility as non-U.S. These are different product descriptions; neither supports treating every token as direct ownership of the underlying company’s shares. To judge a particular product, check its structure and the rights and access it actually offers: eligibility by geography, custody, redemption process, and any shareholder rights or limitations. Aggregate wallet counts do not answer those questions, nor do they show whether a token’s price remains aligned with the underlying security.
What would make the adoption claim stronger
A more useful adoption assessment combines reach, use, scale, product terms, and persistence rather than relying on one headline number. Comparisons should use the same date, scope, and definitions; otherwise, differences may reflect measurement choices rather than meaningful changes in adoption.

That limits what can be concluded about the number of distinct participants, even while the reported increase is evidence of substantial on-chain expansion.

KCEX News, citing PANews, attributed a projection that tokenized-stock holders could exceed 100 million within three years to Archetype partner Dmitriy Berenzon. The surfaced report did not provide a forecasting method. It is best read as an investor’s forecast or thesis—not a measured trend, verified target, or settled expectation. KCEX News report.
