Apple Music-abonnement wijzigen op iPhone of via internet
Apple biedt verschillende routes om een ander abonnement te selecteren. De labels kunnen enigszins verschillen per apparaat of account; volg de opties die Apple tijdens het proces toont.

Via de Muziek-app op iPhone
- Open de Muziek-app en tik op de accountknop of je profielfoto.
- Tik op je naam en vervolgens op Abonnementen.

- Ga naar music.apple.com en open je profiel.
- Kies Instellingen, ga naar Abonnementen en kies Beheer.

Via Apple-accountinstellingen
Op iPhone of iPad is de algemene route Instellingen > je naam > Abonnementen > Apple Music > Bekijk alle abonnementen. Apple beschrijft ook een route via account.apple.com: log in, selecteer het abonnement en kies Bekijk alle abonnementen. Welke opties worden getoond, kan per account verschillen. Welk Apple Music-plan past bij jouw situatie?
De belangrijkste verschillen zijn voor wie het plan bedoeld is en of je aan voorwaarden moet voldoen. Controleer de prijs die Apple voor jouw land of regio toont; de genoemde Apple-pagina’s geven geen actuele Nederlandse tarieven.

Individueel
Kies dit plan als één persoon Apple Music wil gebruiken. De actuele prijs voor Nederland is niet opgenomen in de geraadpleegde Apple-informatie; bekijk daarom het bedrag dat Apple in jouw account toont.
Gezin

Student
Het studententarief is bedoeld voor geverifieerde studenten die een associate-, bachelor-, postdoctorale of gelijkwaardige opleiding volgen aan een hogeschool of universiteit. Apple staat het studententarief maximaal 48 maanden toe. Beschikbaarheid en verificatie kunnen per land of regio verschillen; Apple noemt UNiDAYS en SheerID bij vragen over verificatie. Wat verandert als je overstapt op een gezinsabonnement?
Wanneer het gezinshoofd een gezinsabonnement neemt, krijgen leden van de bestaande Delen met gezin-groep toegang. Als een groepslid al een individueel of studentenabonnement heeft, wordt de verlenging daarvan automatisch geannuleerd wanneer het gezinshoofd het gezinsabonnement neemt. Apple’s informatie geeft geen algemene termijn voor het moment waarop elke wijziging ingaat of voor de berekening van resterende betalingen. Wat gebeurt er als je studententarief afloopt?
Studenten moeten hun status elk jaar opnieuw verifiëren. Als je nog studeert maar niet binnen de verificatieperiode opnieuw verifieert, wordt je abonnement automatisch verlengd als individueel Apple Music-abonnement.
