To establish a reduction, the order or issuer disclosure would need to identify the authority and date, the original proposal and amount confirmed, the tax period, whether interest and penalties are included, and any appeal, stay, deposit or recovery direction. Those details distinguish an initial proposal from a final liability and from an amount currently payable.

Discontinued real-money gaming business
The company said FGTPL discontinued its real-money gaming business effective August 25, 2025, following the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. It also described FGTPL as a joint venture for group consolidation and said its investment carrying value was nil in the consolidated financial statements as of March 31, 2026.

- Locate the adjudication or appellate order, or a newer exchange filing by One 97 Communications. The GST Appellate Tribunal’s website describes its general role in hearing appeals against orders of appellate or revisional authorities under sections 107 or 108 of the CGST Act and corresponding state GST acts; its jurisdiction page is not evidence of an order in this case.
