No—Brock Lesnar has not been confirmed as inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. WWE described an induction as a future outcome when it announced his retirement. Separately, the University of Minnesota announced Lesnar for its 2026 M Club Hall of Fame class, an honor for his collegiate wrestling career. The university scheduled that class’s ceremony for October 2, 2026, but its announcement does not confirm that the ceremony took place.
What WWE said about Lesnar’s retirement
WWE announced that Lesnar had retired from professional wrestling after a 24-year career. Its announcement concluded: “Congratulations to Lesnar on a remarkable career that will ultimately result in an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.” WWE’s retirement announcement uses future-facing language: it predicts an eventual induction, rather than announcing that one has already happened.

Why the Hall of Fame headlines can be confusing
Lesnar was announced for the University of Minnesota M Club Hall of Fame Class of 2026. That is a university athletics honor recognizing his Gopher wrestling career, not an induction into WWE’s Hall of Fame. Minnesota announced the class on July 1, 2026, and said its ceremony was scheduled for October 2. The announcement is advance notice; it does not establish that the event was completed. Lesnar’s collegiate wrestling record
The University of Minnesota reports that Lesnar wrestled for the Gophers from 1998 to 2000, compiling a 55–3 record with 23 pins. He won the 2000 NCAA heavyweight championship after finishing runner-up in 1999, and was a two-time All-American and two-time Big Ten champion. These are the university’s figures and honors. What WWE’s 2026 ceremony report confirms
