The Rs 4,000 benefit is conditional. Check whether your card issuer, transaction amount, payment method and offer period qualify; a card from one of the named banks does not by itself guarantee the discount.

Which option makes sense?
Choose the Croma deal if you want a simple new-phone purchase
For a buyer paying upfront, the reported Rs 1,38,990 listing—and potentially Rs 1,34,990 with the qualifying bank offer—is the clearest cash-price comparison. It does not require giving up an existing phone.
Choose an exchange promotion only if the maths survives inspection
Calculate the exchange value, bonus and cashback separately. Treat cashback as money received later, not as an instant reduction, and do not assume the advertised Rs 71,990 applies without the specified qualifying device and condition.

Choose Apple or an authorised reseller when support or financing is the priority
Direct or authorised channels can be preferable when you value predictable warranty handling, no-cost EMI or an in-person trade-in assessment. Compare the total payable amount, not just the monthly instalment.
