What changes between the two phones?

The Ultra has a slightly larger 6.82-inch display, with 3168 × 1440 resolution and a listed refresh range of 1–144 Hz. The Pro’s 6.78-inch display is 2800 × 1260 and uses adaptive LTPO refresh from 1–120 Hz. On listed specifications, the Ultra offers more pixels and a higher maximum refresh rate; the figures alone do not establish a difference in everyday viewing experience.
Processor: different platforms, no head-to-head speed result
vivo lists the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 in the Pro and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in the Ultra. The chipset names identify different hardware, but the specifications do not establish which phone is faster, runs cooler, or lasts longer under a particular workload. No independent head-to-head performance results are available in the cited material.
Rear cameras: three listed modules versus four
The Pro’s listed rear setup is 50 MP main, 50 MP ultra-wide and 200 MP telephoto. The Ultra lists four rear cameras: 200 MP, 50 MP, 200 MP and 5 MP. Rated charging is 90 W wired for the Pro and 100 W for the Ultra; wireless charging is listed at up to 40 W for the Pro with vivo Vertical Wireless Charger 2 and at 40 W for the Ultra. Capacity and rated power do not establish real-world battery life or charging time.

The Pro is listed at 226 g. The Ultra is listed at 232 g in black and 237 g in green or white. Both global pages list 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage, while the Ultra page also lists a 16 GB + 1 TB option. Both specify UFS 4.1 storage and no expandable ROM; the Ultra specifies LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM.

Choose the X300 Pro if the lower Indonesia price matters most
For the matched Indonesia configuration, the Pro is the less expensive choice and still has a listed 200 MP telephoto camera. It may suit buyers who want the core flagship hardware without paying the local price premium for the Ultra’s listed display, processor and extra rear-camera module.
Consider the X300 Ultra if its specific hardware upgrades matter to you
The Ultra is the option to consider if you prioritize its higher-resolution, 1–144 Hz display, its different chipset, or its four-module rear-camera specification. It also has a slightly larger listed typical battery, though that does not by itself predict longer use between charges.

Regional details and the Pro imaging grip
Battery capacity is a clear example of why market matters: vivo’s global X300 Pro specification page lists different typical capacities for Europe and elsewhere. Network and SIM notes, charger-in-box details, warranty and availability can also depend on the sales region, so confirm them on the local product page rather than assuming the global specification applies unchanged.
vivo describes a Professional Imaging Grip Kit designed for the X300 Pro, with a Type-C connection. The cited product page does not establish current retail availability, so confirm stock and exact model compatibility with a local retailer before buying.
vivo Indonesia’s launch announcement dated 20 November 2025 stated that the X300 Pro 16 GB + 512 GB was offered at Rp18.999.000 and that pre-orders were scheduled for 20–26 November 2025.
