India price difference: ₹50,000 at displayed selling prices
At retrieval, vivo Official E-Store India listed the X300 Pro in 16GB/512GB at ₹119,999 and the X200T in 12GB/512GB at ₹69,999. That is a ₹50,000 difference between the displayed prices. The X200T listing also showed an MRP of ₹87,999; comparing the X300 Pro selling price with that MRP gives a ₹32,000 difference instead. The configurations are not identical: the X300 Pro listing has 16GB RAM, while the X200T listing has 12GB. Both listed variants have 512GB storage. vivo also lists the X200T in a 12GB/256GB configuration, so compare the exact storage version available to you rather than treating every X200T price as interchangeable. Camera: the main reason to pay more for the X300 Pro
X300 Pro: higher-resolution telephoto with stated optical zoom
The X300 Pro’s headline camera distinction is a 200MP telephoto module with OIS and specified 3.5x optical zoom, alongside 50MP main and ultrawide cameras. That gives it the more clearly specified long-range hardware on paper. vivo also describes a ZEISS 2.35x Telephoto Extender for the X300 Pro, used with Telephoto Extender mode in the camera app; current India availability, price and kit details are not established here. X200T: three 50MP rear cameras
The X200T has a 50MP ZEISS main camera, 50MP ZEISS super telephoto and 50MP ZEISS ultrawide. It is not a single-camera compromise; it offers three distinct rear camera modules, including a dedicated telephoto.

Megapixel counts and listed zoom specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos in practice. No independent side-by-side image testing is available in the cited material. If camera quality is the deciding factor, compare real samples in the lighting and focal lengths you use, especially before paying the X300 Pro premium.
Performance and display: tier and behavior, not benchmark promises
vivo lists the X300 Pro with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and the X200T with Dimensity 9400+. This places the X300 Pro on a higher chipset tier in the manufacturer’s specifications, but the model names alone do not quantify the speed difference in apps, games, sustained workloads or heat. No independent benchmark or thermal comparison is established here.

The X300 Pro has a 6.78-inch 2800 × 1260 AMOLED panel with a listed 1–120Hz LTPO range; the X200T has a 6.67-inch 2800 × 1260 AMOLED display with up to 120Hz. The X300 Pro is slightly larger and specifies adaptive LTPO refresh behavior. Both reach a stated 120Hz maximum; the supplied specifications do not establish a real-world brightness or viewing-quality winner.
Battery, charging and durability
vivo lists typical capacity of 6510mAh for the X300 Pro and 6200mAh for the X200T, a 310mAh difference on paper. Capacity is not a battery-life test, so it does not show how long either phone lasts under a particular workload. Both list 90W wired FlashCharge. The X200T parameter page explicitly lists 40W wireless FlashCharge, while vivo’s X300 Pro product overview also describes 40W wireless FlashCharge.
Both phones carry IP68 and IP69 ratings in vivo’s specifications. Those ratings do not mean a phone is indestructible or guarantee coverage for every kind of liquid damage; check the warranty terms and care guidance for the specific device.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the X300 Pro if its 200MP telephoto and specified 3.5x optical zoom, larger LTPO panel, or higher-tier listed chipset justify the extra spend for your use. The displayed India store comparison puts it ₹50,000 above the X200T sale listing, but that gap depends on current offers and the chosen variant.
- Choose the X200T if you want three 50MP rear cameras, wireless charging, a 120Hz display and the same listed ingress ratings while spending less at the retrieved store prices. It retains a dedicated super telephoto rather than dropping telephoto hardware altogether.
- Wait to decide on camera quality if you need proof of better photos rather than a stronger-sounding spec sheet. The cited manufacturer specifications do not substitute for side-by-side image samples or independent testing.
