The vivo X300 FE costs ₹25,000 more than the X200T at the listed 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB prices, or ₹30,000 more when comparing the two phones’ 12GB+256GB versions. The main practical distinction is size: the X300 FE has a 6.31-inch display, while the X200T has a 6.67-inch screen. Both list 120Hz displays, 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging and IP68/IP69 protection; neither the megapixel counts nor chipset names alone establish which takes better photos or performs faster in real use.

Which phone suits your priorities?
Choose the X300 FE for a smaller-screen flagship package
Its 6.31-inch display makes the X300 FE the more compact option of the two. vivo lists a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, a 6500mAh typical battery, and 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. That combination may appeal if size matters and you want those particular specifications, but the available evidence does not establish a real-world speed advantage over the X200T.
Choose the X200T for a larger display and a lower listed price
The X200T has a 6.67-inch screen and its displayed 12GB+256GB price is ₹59,999. Its listed chipset is the Dimensity 9400+, and it has the same stated wired and wireless charging rates as the X300 FE. This makes it the lower-priced choice in the cited listing, not a proven performance equivalent or a camera-quality winner.
Camera hardware: compare the layout, not just megapixels
vivo lists three 50MP rear cameras on the X200T: main, super telephoto and ultra-wide. The X300 FE parameter page lists a 50MP main camera, 50MP telephoto and 8MP wide-angle camera. The X300 FE feature information also highlights a periscope telephoto and an optional extender. These specifications describe different camera configurations; megapixel counts by themselves do not show which phone produces better images. X300 FE specifications and X200T specifications are the manufacturer’s published details.
Optional X300 FE telephoto extender
The ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is an accessory for the X300 FE, not an included phone feature. vivo gave it a launch price of ₹15,999 and says it is sold separately and compatible only with the X300 FE. If extended telephoto use is the reason you are considering the FE, account for the accessory’s separate cost and verify availability with a retailer. vivo India’s launch information describes the accessory and its launch pricing.

Battery, charging and durability
vivo specifies a 6500mAh typical battery for the X300 FE. For the X200T, it gives both a 6200mAh typical capacity and a 6060mAh rated capacity; typical and rated figures are different measures and should not be compared as if they were identical. Both phones list 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
Both models are listed with IP68 and IP69 ratings. vivo says the X200T rating was tested in controlled laboratory conditions and may diminish with daily use. A rating is not a reason to expose either phone to liquid or assume water resistance will remain unchanged over time. See vivo’s X300 FE specifications and X200T specifications.
Software support and what the specifications cannot tell you
The X300 FE’s specification page lists Android 16 and OriginOS 6. vivo’s August 2026 release states five years of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates for that model. The X200T launch page identifies OriginOS 6, but the sources cited here do not establish a comparable update-support period. That means the durations should not be assumed to match—or declared different without a stated X200T commitment.
Chipset model names are not a controlled head-to-head performance test. vivo’s X200T page reports an AnTuTu result for a 12GB+512GB test device, says it comes from vivo labs and warns that results can vary by memory version and test environment. It is not an independent comparison with the X300 FE. Likewise, the published camera resolutions do not constitute comparative image testing. For the manufacturer’s details, consult the X300 FE page, X200T page and X300 FE August 2026 announcement.
What comes in the box
vivo’s X300 FE specification page lists a phone case, applied protective film and USB power adapter among the package contents. That page does not establish what is included with the X200T, so check the specific seller’s listing rather than assuming the same box contents.
